Mic Makes Static Noise

They were perfect at first until last week when the mic started to make static noise. Keep in mind I’ve had the headset for 2 months. I hate to be the one to say it but i recommend getting a diff headset if you don’t want mic/connection issues.

Great sound quality, bad design and connections.

I had to tape it together and I've only had the headset for 9-10 months. Also the connectivity range is garbage. Maybe 20-25 feet, and you can forget about going to your close by kitchen with it on cause any wall or obstruction will cut the connection.

I love the fact that you can mute yourself just by moving the microphone up or down. Make sure to update the headset and adjust the settings on your computer to your specifications.

Poor Quailty - Do NOT buy

I reached out to turtle beach and they would not replace since I did not keep my receipt. Turtle beach knows this is a quality/manufacturing issue(which is why they now have a Gen 2) and will not stand behind their product. I would not buy.

We'd suggest reaching out to our team and explaining that you no longer have access to your receipt, they can look in to alternate ways of assisting your if need be. If you have access to your previous correspondence, please reply back to any of the messages you still have access to.
