Would not keep a connection

Unfortunately I did have to return it for the same reasons many have complained about. It started our working perfectly. Then it would have a lot of crackling noises, disconnect and re connect. I searched the web and factory reset it updated it and still came across this issue. After two weeks of trying everything I could think of it still disconnected around every 5-7 minutes.
