Connectivity/Sound Issues

They look and feel as expected, but I have never owned a product with such consistent connectivity problems. It often sounds like static feedback, and occasionally will just drop all audio entirely, only fixed by turning the device off/on. I thought the issue was my Xbox One at first, but have since upgraded to an Xbox series X and it does the same thing. Not impressed.
