    Bought the headset on presidents day plugged it in no issues the first day then went to use it 3 days later and it doesnt connect at all the toggle completely stopped working. I spent over an hour trying to troubleshoot the issue and still didnt work. Definitely do not recommend.

    The audio is fine for the more pricey line of gaming headsets but turtle beach just cannot get microphone tech down. This specific one’s mic just bugs out and makes it sound like RoboCop decided to blue screen

    Do not like them. Big and bulky can have poor voice quality also they take a while to pair or have difficulty pair takes a minute or so

    The heaset is decent, the mic sounded good and so forth, the sound through the headphones were not too bad either! Where i have tk give this heaset a bad review wiuld be comfort. After 30 min of playing i am adjusting the headband to different parts of my head. This headset would often give me headaches.

    I was disappointed in the quality of this headset , I just bought one 6 months back and started getting static through the mic . Not great

    Realized got the wrong version. Store wouldn’t let me trade. Years of being a loyal credit card customer. Never late. Always pay. Kind of ridiculous. Not like you actually care or will reimburse me. So yeah, you guys suck.

    More trouble than it's worth. I've never had so many issues with a headset in my life- and the audio quality really isn't anything special. It's worth spending a little more for something better or avoiding Turtle Beach altogether.

    They always have a problems this is the second headset i got first one stopped charging this one wont stay connected to my PS5 which is bery frustrating so im over turtle beach and just buy a pricery headset :/
