Worked ok for 3 months ...Disconnects ALL THE TIME now. Terrible headset. Always get told I sound like a robot for a few minutes before it disconnects. Waste of money, waste of time troubleshooting it. 0 stars

Sound quality is decent. Not the absolute best. Connectivity to the Xbox is consistent. The ear cups could be more comfortable.

These are a great sounding gaming headset that is wireless and Bluetooth which is awesome. I love the dedicated button to switch between Bluetooth and wireless and the color change to indicate which one is which (blue is Bluetooth, green is wireless). The scrolls are tactile and easy to find and use. The mode button is easy to find once you realize it is right by the USB C port and just find that one first, so you don’t hit a different button by mistake. I have changed the mic/music levels instead of the volume levels a couple of times by mistake so I don’t love them being right next to each other, on the other had them being in entirely different places might make it even harder idea of just correcting and being able to just slightly adjust my hand. The lift to mute feature is my awesome and I love how the microphone is tucked away if I’m not using it and instead using the headset for music or movies. I wish the power button was a switch but holding it down for a good long second just takes a bit of remembering. I had some issues with computer connectivity, it would just disconnect and stop working or the microphone wouldn’t be recognized at all and then I realized there was a Xbox/pc switch and after switching it to PC I had no issue at all. It worked great on the Xbox as well. Being able to switch to Bluetooth to connect to my phone when I’m not using a computer or Xbox was really convenient, the wireless connection uses a FLAC codec while to my phone it is AAC (lossless vs lossy) so if you are picky with your audio everywhere this might be worth knowing. Overall, these are comfortable, they completely cover my ears so my ears don’t feel compressed, though they are a tad shallow so if your ears stick out too much this may be an issue for you, mine just barely touch but aren’t compressed, so they are still comfortable for me. Honestly no complaints. Great headset. I use it for my Xbox X.

Had mine for just over a year, (ive had a hyperX headset for 4 years no issues) and the mic randomly stopped working. No matter what i tried, reset, updates etc it doesnt work. I tried to get it fixed but turtle beach support keeps wanting me to update it (i did already) on the 4th email. Im sure this is their strategy do people lose interest. But yeah pay 100$ for a headset that stops working and you cant even take it apart hecause the screws are already stripped out and just spin. Turtle beach is garbage. Shame on me for not listening to everyones advice.

I brought it for my husband and he Absolutely love this headset!

They are ok but sometimes when you go and turn down the chat volume and turn up the game volume they both go up

They are feature packed and work amazing and without a single problem, what more can I say

Goood all around but be mindful once worn your in the zone.
