    Although the sound quality is excellent. Once the warranty expired, the microphone stopped working. When you go online to the website and request customer support. All you get is sales pitches and discounts on future purchases. My attempts to install the updates. We're also a failure with no assistance. Otherwise, again, sound quality excellent. I wish someone could help with this issue.
