No matter what i tried, reset, updates etc it doesnt work. I tried to get it fixed but turtle beach support keeps wanting me to update it (i did already) on the 4th email. Im sure this is their strategy do people lose interest. But yeah pay 100$ for a headset that stops working and you cant even take it apart hecause the screws are already stripped out and just spin. Turtle beach is garbage. Shame on me for not listening to everyones advice.

Please note that the upper volume dial on the 600 Gen 3 for Xbox is the "Master Volume", which will control the volume of ALL sources coming through the headset, while the bottom dial will adjust the Game/Chat mix.
