Purchased as an open box. Guessing the first person has the same issue as I did, no sound coming through the headset. After scrolling the volume wheel up and down for an obscene amount of time, the headset started having sounds. Very comfortable, can hear foot steps and ambient noise very well in horror games.

This shi fr the best bro i dont even be noticing it on my hea and its good especially for its price i will admit laying in bed with them ant all that the spinny thangs that control the volume and what not spin when you do

Second time purchasing it’s great I love it it’s the best thing I ever bought for gaming and you can use for ur computer or even for work it’s sound proof so don’t get upset when u can’t hear people talking to u lol cause they will

They work amazingly well. I can hear players running all around the map on COD. I had an older version of the Turtle Veaches and upgraded to these and im glad I did

Great headset, comfortable, reliable, and great battery

They work very well. My only complaint is that the dongle is universal. Which might be nice in some situations, but I but theses and a matching pair for my partner and we are constantly connecting to each others consoles.

I am not a big gamer but this headset is great. The only issue I have is that the volume for the game play and mic take forever to make any adjustments but the app is amazing and really gives you a lot of flexibility for its use. Have not tried to use these with music but chat is clear and game audio is great.
