When you go online to the website and request customer support. All you get is sales pitches and discounts on future purchases. My attempts to install the updates. We're also a failure with no assistance. Otherwise, again, sound quality excellent. I wish someone could help with this issue.

Using them for PC and PS5, have not tried Xbox yet. I do wish they were a little more sturdy, it feels like they would break if dropped, especially the mic part, feels like it will break just adjusting it. Overall good headsets so far, no issues.
