    The wireless range is really bad, maybe 8 ft. I have tried using in several different locations with different devices. Still same results.

    Bought this for my son on Christmas. We traveled the next day so never opened it. We finally open it a couple months later and found out it's missing the transmitter & charge cord. So that was a waste of money since buying new transmitter is half the price with shipping. Never used it. Guess it's good his old pair still works. This is our 4th turtle beach headset & probably our last.

    DO NOT BUY! These are the worst, most defective headsets I've ever used. I can never hear game chat or party chat and I get disconnected all the time. I have literally spent dozens of hours trying to figure out what is wrong with them and I've owned them for less than 6 months. No matter how many resets or troubleshooting I do. DO. NOT. BUY!
