These are the absolute best gaming headphones ever. They are crystal clear and easy to connect to your console or phone . I love them and the features they come with not to mention they are extremely comfortable.

I was fully and pleasantly surprised by these! Super easy to set up and very comfortable. When it comes time to buy a new pair, I'll definitely go with Turtle Beach brand again.

Product has been working great. Little difficult during installation, but once that was figured out, it has worked flawlessly. Great audio quality and battery life. Super easy to charge and ear pieces fold flat. Flip mic up and down for mute.

Had to replace due to ear piece ripping off. This headset version is better than the previous but the cheap make of the ear piece is crazy to me. How did you make such huge improvements but cheap out on the ear piece. So far this pair is holding up better than last pair. I love turtle beach headphones ive bought new pair almost every year. I stay in the same tier each time. If these break I will move to higher tier and that will be finall time.

They work very well. My only complaint is that the dongle is universal. Which might be nice in some situations, but I but theses and a matching pair for my partner and we are constantly connecting to each others consoles.

It has great sound and the mic is very fantastic.I can talk low and my friends can still hear me real clearly.The only thing I have that I don't like on the 600.is the volume button on the five hundred.The volume button, as you turn it up and down it adjusts right away on the 600, you have to continue on Turning the button for a long time before it adjust.Whether high or low

Very good product, my son’s use these things to death. I always buy the Best Buy extended warranty because right when they’re ready to take a digger I exchange them for a new one.

So far im liking this model over previous ones. The sound clarity is mich improved and the swarm app has been nice as well.

It’s a good headset. I worry about the long term reliability of the foldable mic. It sometimes won’t connect to usb but usually turn on/off it works. Biggest issue is the controls. Really no need for 3 different roll buttons.

My son bought these turtle head set and it was giving a lot of static thankfully we had a protection plan and just as always Best Buy replaced them easily!
