Decided to try these since my last ones broke. I had an older version of these but they broke so I decided to stick with the same ones. I was disappointed because they way too quiet. I tried adjusting the sound both on the mic and system but nothing worked

Bought the Gen 1 version of this headset about 4 months ago. Worked perfectly until about 3 weeks ago when it would constantly break up and lose connection every 10 min. Had the warranty so they exchanged it for new Gen2 model and I paid another $25 for the warranty again. I've had it less than 2 weeks and it's already cutting out and distorting the voice. Unusable. I sit about 6 feet from my system and t's fully charged. Going to return tomorrow and try another brand.

I hope they last longer than my last turtle beach wired set. I had them for a few months and had to turn in to warranty cuz they quit working. Second set lasted a few more months, then quit. Well see with this one...

The volume is low............My ears hurt after about 2 hours of use maybe I just have big ears lol but seriously not very comfortable and very warm.

This headphone states that it’s surround sound. It’s not. It’s only 2 speaker stereo. They’re comfy but not worth the price in quality.

Purchased these about a month ago and recently when placing them on I herd a pop. These are my second pair of turtlebeach headphones and I knew what it was. I was just surprised that with these being wireless and more on the expensive side that it would no occur. Where you adjust the height of the headphone it cracked. I will be asking turtle beach for a replacement if a refund is not optional.

There alright for the price and being total wireless.Their regular in game volume level needs to be inproved upon. And the ear cup mounting needs to be stronger than they are.

bought them for my son, worked great for couple months, then starting having sound problems, returned back and replaced and working good now.

Worked great for a couple months, then the bluetooth connection started dropping. Ended up getting a playstation branded wireless headset instead.

My son wanted this item for his birthday. It's all he asked for. It did not work after less than 4 weeks and Best Buy would not help us. Purchase elsewhere.

Initially it was a solid headset, then the pegs that connect the top and bottem broke rendering the headset useless.

I was enjoying this set of headphones until mic piece fell off. Got them on blackfriday so I wonder if I can send them back to turtle beach?

It’s and ok headset but it mixes the in game chat with your gameplay sound so you can really prioritize between chat and game volume.

Works with pc aswell, for $99 the sound ain't that all good, it doesn't sound loud. Sounds like medium volume. Ok product.

Only got this because my 520 broke. Seems like a bit of a downgrade to me. It randomly cuts out and I have no idea why.

Bought them Christmas 2018, the left side fades in and out. Had to buy a new set this past Christmas.

Does the job only issue I had was one of the knobs wouldn’t work for my mic volume

Good sound quality but the mic would stay on constantly and wouldn't turn off.

I wasn’t expecting too much, but this headset in my opinion is not worth the price tag. No noise canceling which is fine, sound quality is ok. Sound cuts in and out and loses signal when I’m more than 5 ft away. I play at a computer desk on the ps4 and the sound cuts in and out when I’m sitting right next to the receiver.

Has a lot of outter noise if someone is doing something within the same vicinity I hear watever there doing
