When plugged in they shut down the tv volume so no one else can watch and listen. They randomly cut out and you have to turn them off while playing and turn them back on. They lasted 3 weeks but when I called the store she said oh that's too bad you only had 15 days to return them. Bye. I'm finished with Best Buy

Also the mic piece ended up breaking off too, so to me this is just cheaply made which is disappointing for the cost of this... wouldn't recommend.

My son lost sound in the left ear piece 1st then the right side. Will not purchase again

I don't even have a computer. I haven't even gone through the set-up process because it's a pain in the butt. Also they are uncomfortable to wear

The Bluetooth range on this headset sucks. We are better off with a headset that plugs into the controller. Save your money
