It worked great for about a month then it would not connect to my Xbox anymore. I spent hours on multiple days trying to re-pair just for it to lose connection after 10-15 seconds after it assigned to my Xbox. I contacted TB tech support and ended up sending my original ones in and was sent a new pair. Well the new replacement pair is doing the same exact thing, won't stay connected. I'll be contacting TB again. It's too bad I'm beyond my return time as these are just a $90 paperweight now.

I did the headset update and it seemed to improve it but it still had this crackling sound, like very faint static or sound cutting off. It was annoying when watching a movie or listening to music

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would say that this is one of the best headsets ive ever owned, The surround sound has saved me in multiple games, many times. The battery has a good charge time. Theyre comfortable for hours on end, and there is no wire to worry about. The main reason that i needed a new headset was the audio jack broke, but with these i dont have to worry about that. They sit on my head well, and If i need to turn my friends down or make the game louder, its so simple. The modes and superhuman hearing that this headset have work well, but i prefer to stay on the first mode and switch between superhuman hearing every now and then. For only $100 id say its a good headset for the price and i would definitely recommend it, but if you want to use it on your pc, i also recommend getting the microsoft wireless adapter because it connects the same way you connect a new controller to your xbox so they are usable on pc as long as you have that $20 add on.
