Breaks Easily

The ear cup of the headset broke and customer service was helpful in sending in a replacement, but the replacement ending up having the same problem as the first. They’ve also had a problem with feed back while talking to others online and would have a loud screeching sound at times. For casual gaming here and there they work just fine, but if you game often I wouldn’t recommend these since they aren’t that durable. I love the easy way to mute by flipping up the microphone, but it feels they have more cons than pros I ended up switching to a wired headset and throwing these away.
