    These headphones are good, when they work. I frequently get dropped by my Xbox and the sound will sound warped at least once or twice every time I use them. Ok

    When I purchased my 420X’s, I didn’t get a warranty, which I should have. They broke on me recently, so I purchased these. While they sound just as good, the mic monitoring is terrible, the mic quality from my friends is identical and advertising surround sound is a joke. This headset is junk, uncomfortable, and a downgrade. The flip to mute mic is also a bad idea because it will break not to mention, it doesn’t reach anywhere close to your mouth. Do not waste your time purchasing this and instead, buy the wired XO Four Stealth or another brand.

    Bought this item because it said it was compatible with Xbox one. Despite efforts to connect it, be sure its charged, the microphone will not work properly.

    Cheaply made, but I should have expected as much from Turtle Beach. Mic monitoring barely worked. I returned after 2 days of use. I'm holding out for the LucidSound wireless headsets.
