Good sound and options, bad design

This is the second one we bought because of this design flaw.

Amazing Headset

I was lucky enough to get them for $79 during Black Friday I hear every single footstep during online gameplay, no more sneaking up on me...lol I definitely recommend these for any and all gamers...including a dad like me who plays at night and but can’t use surround sound. The headset is more than enough sound
