Great headset needs one improvement

The only improvement could be is comfort on ear cushion. They’re a little stiff and should be more soft. Great flip up to mute microphone and good sound quality. I got the geek squad warranty just in case son breaks it but he loves it. They say to update with PC or Mac before use mine already was latest update. Setup was a little tricky.

I can hear my enemies.

Pairing it took a while to figure out but I was able to pair it to my xbox. The sound quality allows me to hear the enemies in the game before the enemies are visible. I haven't had any issues with the mic, my friends have all been able to hear me. I was hesitant on this purchase but I'm glad I got it.

Great wireless headset

He has dropped them several times not intentionally and we have yet to have had problems with them. Although we did buy the warranty we have not had to use it. So we were worried about him taking them back and forth from our house to his two other house (parents are divorced) we decided to invest in another pair
