Purchase the warranty plan. Every year, he breaks a head set and Best Buy allows us to get a credit back toward a new purchase which I upgrade the device each time. These things seem to break regardless and kids are always rough with their toys.

Good headset

Connected right out of the box and has worked as advertised. Sound quality is good, I guess others were expecting Bose quality sound. Got them on sale and have no regrets. Gave it four stars because the microphone adjustment is limited, but again, great for the price and everything I expected.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have an old Logitech Z-5500 that I've been using with my Xbox's for years now... but at times that can be a little too loud for others in the house. So I got these. The surround sound is actually really good (I've been using Dolby Atmos) and the quality of sound is pretty awesome. Haven't had any issues with it, and prefer using these over my Logitechs when playing PUBG.
