Great headset, bad connection

I was able to get one of the first Pairs at Best Buy and when I got home I set them up unfortunately soon after I set them up I started experiencing random disconnects and quirky issues such as I could hear game volume but when doing a party I could not hear others but they could hear me talk. I updated the firmware and did a couple of resets to make sure it wasn't a one-time thing unfortunately after a couple of days I returned it for a different headset, but if the problems are fixed I'm willing to give it another shot.
