Well worth the little extra money

We realized that he was just hard on the cord where it plugged into the gaming pad. We purchased this headset and he is doing great with it. The little extra money for the wireless was well worth not having to continually replace due to loosened cords. He also still loves the fact that it has the flip up mic for muting.

Great headphones!

You can pick up so much more! It's fun to hear the players talking or catching fans' comments in the stands. Definitely an advantage for gaming when you can hear enemy footsteps from so much further away. Very high quality product. The only very minor drawback is they can get warm as the earpads don't "breathe" as well as they could. Best option at the price point for sure!
