Connected right out of the box and has worked as advertised. Sound quality is good, I guess others were expecting Bose quality sound. Got them on sale and have no regrets. Gave it four stars because the microphone adjustment is limited, but again, great for the price and everything I expected.

So I got these. The surround sound is actually really good (I've been using Dolby Atmos) and the quality of sound is pretty awesome. Haven't had any issues with it, and prefer using these over my Logitechs when playing PUBG.

I own a different Turtle beach wireless headset and I never have complaints about team mates not being able to hear me but they are not as good speaker wise.
