My son really loves these headsets. The only thing is he had a few where one side of the headset will come off. Best Buys always makes it easy to replace when you buy the product insurance. In my opinion the extra money is worth it if something happens and you need to replace.

Wanted a wireless headset for my Xbox One since my dogs don't seem to play nice with wires. Found this one and love it. Connects wirelessly to your console, so no need for an additional adapter. Sound quality is amazing. Would highly recommend to anybody that wants to get a wireless headset, but doesn't want to break the bank.

Had a wired Turtle Beach headset and grew tired of the wire and inconvenience. Opted for this version and just traded one inconvenience for another. Headset sound is great, but consistently disconnects and reconnects. When it connects its good so I have 3 stars.

We have owned these for a few weeks now and my son has been very satisfied. They are good quality and apparently have a better quality chat than another Xbox compatible brand we recently purchased. The only star off is for set up on an original Xbox One which was a little confusing based on the instructions provided.

Works good but the headphones piece broke where they slide up and down I super glued and they held up but the other side broke also but super glued that one too. I liked the quality of the wired one better but not the wire I had to get a wired

I purchased these headphone for my little brother who loves to go on Xbox live and play virtually with his friends. Often times it is very hard to hear certain games and he loves these because he can hear if something is creaping up on him and the opportunity to be hands free and cordless.

I bought these for my son to replace a wred headset. Although he's careful with them, the wire kept getting bent where it plugs into the controller. After buying a couple of new and cheaper headsets, I went with these and haven't had any issues. Problem solved.

I like that it’s wireless and was very easy to setup. That being said, the sound quality is not worth $90. It should be sold for $50 I believe. I ended up returning it. Maybe I’ll try the next model up; not sure.

Happy with it overall. It's my first gaming headset so I don't have anything to compare to. I can wear it for 3-4 hours before my ears get sore. I sometimes wish I would have paid more for a leather version, because it can get scratchy.
