Great sound but did not last one year Had to keep updating it , but then at one point it stopped working. Bought a new headset a cheaper brand that works the same

Very solid construction, likely not to brake. Bluetooth works well, no breaks in connection at all played for hours. However, ear cover feels really rough and tight. If that was changed to a softer fabric, it would be perfect.

I bought this headset specifically for the Bluetooth feature. It works really well. Connects in a few seconds. My only complaint is that the audio quality isn’t great for considering the price range. Is just ok.

Bought these Turtle Beach headphones to go with a new xbox console for our grandson for Christmas. Talked to several people who own these headphones and they should be great. He will be so pleased with this present.

Hands down the best I ever had. Finally saved enough and got these. Looks super sleek and well paired with my Xbox One S. The ability to mute the mic by just lifting it up won me over.

I got these headphones for my son for Christmas. He loves them. The best thing is that they do not require any adapters to be plugged into the USB on the console. Pairing was super easy. Great purchase so far.

We bought these after having read all the reviews warning us to make sure we updated the firmware before using them, etc and we did all that, but they still were disappointing in their performance. Spotty connection(literally 3 feet from the Xbox with no obstructions) and constantly cutting in and out. The battery didn't last nearly as long as advertised either. We returned them and got a wired headset(hyper X cloud II) that was $20 cheaper and 100X better in sound and reliability.

We bought another one because the ear piece broke off. I can't say whether it is a fault in the product or due to user error. This has been used by a teen since October 2018. Had to replace June 2019.

My son loves this headset. He uses it exclusively with his Xbox One, but I believe it could be used with other Bluetooth-enabled devices. It was easy to charge and easy to pair with the Xbox console.

Nice headset and easy to setup and use. Love that it hooks up to the Xbox like a controller and not having to use a transmitter! The ear muffs could be a little more comfortable but all in all good headset.

My husband has used the same Turtle Beach headset from his xbox 360 for much longer than he'd like me to admit. They finally died and we bought these. They are 1000x better and easier to set up and use.

Decided to ditch the wired ones and love this, and they’re really easy to use and sync! Best of all is its wireless, you can listen to chats and game, and no hard installation or anything.

Third one I owned they don’t last very long definitely recommend the warranty program. Has some connection issues where it cuts out

High quality headset, but still not durable enough to withstand almost daily kid use. Not sure if they make one that would. Ours lasted 6 months. Def get the protection plan!!

These are decent headphones. Volume isn’t great. The clarity is good but just doesn’t get quite as loud as other headsets.

This was only the second pair of these particular headsets that purchased in the last three years. My first pair lasted me that long and probably would have lasted longer if I hadn't dropped them.

My son had the next package up (I don’t recall the model number) and he wore it out. We got this new cheaper model and it works just as well - he can’t tell the difference.

As always, these headphones are my kiddos game choice. They only last about a year for her, so it's a expensive game item. Wish they were more durable.

Absolutely great headset and best price. Sound clarity is remarkable especially being able to control the gaming background sound and chat volume. Definitely great purchase.

These are great. My son loves them. Easy mute by simply flipping up the mic. The never versions are not as high rated on internet and YouTube. Highly recommend these....
