Got a pair for Father’s Day a few years ago had to buy them for my son for Christmas he loves them and they are not easy broken if outer box made a head set it would be these

My son has wanted a wireless headset since he saw his buddy's but his other wired headset worked fine. When it finally gave out, I "gave in" and bought this one for him.

Sounded great but broke after about 6 months of use. Awful tight on the head if you don’t look like a horse.

So far I can’t complain it best to go wireless with those headphones it cost a little more money but it worth the trouble I was keep going through with the other ones.

My gamer son chose this wireless headset. He loves it but they aren't as durable as I would've hoped. Solved the problem by getting the warranty.

I bought this headset for my daughter, before she broke a lot but at this time it look more strong than the others ones.

The sound needs be louder!! I Love that they’re wireless! To extend the ear buds is harder than necessary. The rotation of the ear buds are way too easy.

You can adjust the volume on both chat and in game sound to your own liking, it’s not the best out there but it gets the job done! I have had no problems with it!

Not as great as the 700. Still think it's ok for the price as I can only afford the cheaper option than the brands that are much more expensive.

These headphones were delivered on time and work great for my son on xbox one. The best partnis they will also be compatible with the xbox series x as well.

Great headsets however,had to return because they were not compatible with my son Xbox1...Bought online and read that it said they were compatible,but they weren't....

I like my Turtle Beach. I just hope it will last me for awhile. I did pay for the insurance just in case and i do recommend getting the Best Buy insurance.

The only thing negative I really have to say about these is the padding that goes around the ears is like an itchy type of material rather have a smooth leather

It may be me using the wrong setting but there is an echo during game chats which is very annoying. 3D sound quality is excellent however!

Bought these for my husband. He likes them. If the battery is low you may experience some static and make sure you update the firmware to the latest version

My son was frustrated with this product. When it worked the sound was good. Glitches out and Battery life was short.

I’m glad I bought the warranty on these because a year after purchasing the plastic above the earpieces broke and the ear pieces would just fall out. I don’t know why it says my purchase date was this month. Maybe because I returned them and got a different brand and paid out of pocket for them. I lied them initially and the comfort wasn’t bad but to break a year in when I was gentle with them really bothered me.

My god son goes through wireless headphones like water. So far so good but I got the 2 year protection plan just in case. I'm pretty sure now that it will last him the 2 years. =(

These are good but if you want to use with the computer you have to buy the Xbox one wireless adapter. It should have been included.

I bought warranty for this headset and Best Buy exchange it without any problem. The plastic pieces around the ear cups are little cheap.
