I thought when i bought this it would be a bit more noise cancelling, no one else in the room can hear what i am listening too, but i can still hear everything going on around me.

Produced an echo when used. The only bad thing I can say about this headset is that the right ear piece broke within 5 months of use.

These headphones are so great that I arguably turned into a turtle while wearing them! I always wondered what being an animal would be like

After going through multiple headsets where the cord went bad, this cordless model is working great so far. I've only had it a few weeks, but so far I am very happy with the purchase.

My son absolutely loves these (8th grader). This is his second pair. He broke the mic by pulling it too hard when raising it down on the first pair.

My son has used this heavily since last Christmas (2017). His last one was not TurtleBeach and the raisable mic snapped off after about 10 months. This one is going strong.

Bought this for my son. The original one that came with his xbox one stopped working. The wireless headset connects easily and he enjoys it more than his original one.

Just terrible. Mic feedback gimic is awful, you have to listen to youreself breathing the whole time even though your party doesnt hear it. Terribly uncomfortable, mid range sound quality and just not worth the money. SPend a couple extra dollars and get ANY other wireless headset. This one is just plain bad

When I tried the demo on I was immediately hooked by the sound quality, I liked the way it feels on your head and the cool mute function. However when I took it out of the box I felt like I was tricked, sound quality was half of what the demo advertised. My 3 year old $40 headset had better audio and mic also as it did not pick up every tiny noise like people playing in the pool outside, exchanged it for another brand.

Comfortable and easy to connect. Their website for upgrading firmware is worthless. Program constantly crashes.

I bought these for my kid and he loved them! He uses them quite often and so far they are worth it. Even better because Best Buy has them on sale.

My kid kept breaking wired headphones where it plugged into the controller. So gave these a shot. It works great, easy to charge, no complaints.

Sound isn’t the best not much difference between sound settings. Connectivity issues a lot of crackling.

Our last headset was "well loved" and ran out of steam. This was our replacement and is a great piece of hardware. Syncing with xbox was painless.

I was not a fan of head phones but my GF hates when I have the tv on to play games. So i compromised and bought these. Bass and voice chat are crisp!

They aren’t really that loud, Can’t really hear footsteps in pubg. Other than that they are some okay headphones.

Always turn to Best Buy for a great selection of gift items, especially for my grandson. Quality products at a great price. Have been a customer for well over twenty years.

The only thing I didn't particularly like is that for some parts of gaming the sound gets cut off for some weird reason. Other than that, they were awesome!!!

This headset is a good headset if you're just looking for something to get you by until you can afford a pro headset.
