We get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

The surround sound is unreal. The sound is very realistic and puts the listener as if the it was a live performance. The head set is great listening to sports games and music as well. This headset is worth it to buy.

The Microphone is good quality, but everything else makes it not worth it. When I contacted turtle beach for tech support the just ignored me consistently.

But these definitely make it so complicated trying to connect to my ps5. They cut off here and there. Good if you tend to sweat a bit here and there, but overall I would stick with the original ps5 headset.

My son is now on his second pair. Best Buy is one of the few places to locate them and the price hasn’t increased.

This is far superior to any I have ever used and the 3D sound is on point! Highly recommended.

I have gone through trouble shooting and still have this issue. BUYERS BEWARE.
