Also sometimes my friends can’t hear me through the microphone and I have to move the microphone piece up and down to reconnect.

My friend ordered one and i tried it so i went and got one. The ONLY thing i seem to have a problem with it is that when the noise canceling is on it kinda lowers the sound output but without the noise canceling on the quality isnt amazing but isnt awful. But everyone i game with says they can hear EVERYTHING in the background bc the mic is so good lol.
