Was great at first but already stopped pairing with my husband's PS5 after just 6 months. We've bought multiple Turtle Beach products and never had this issue.

Good quality and great sound. But poor voice quality

I would definitely not recommend it . It’s overpriced. The item feels very cheap like it’s going to break when you’re using it definitely not worth your money. Don’t waste your money buying this product.

Very poor. doesn't connect. if it does and works for a little while. if you go to far it disconnects and won't connect. overall DO not BUY this headset. go with the arctis nova 7s. in the PC section

Super comfy in the ears which sort of makes up for the heavy feel but still a star deducted for that only. Cost for the features is average so that too kept it from 5 stars. If on sale then maybe a better bargain. Not sure why it weighs so much but the padding is very comfortable as is the sound reproduction so maybe that is why. It feels very solidly build and looks to last a very very long time so that is good. The software is very easy to tweak and use, so that again is a plus. I like that you know when the mic is on via an audible beep. The battery life so far I have gotten about 36 hours before I feel a need to recharge them, I think the 40 hours is true. Right out of the box was a pretty huge update but once that was over, pretty nice to use. Wearing my glasses due to the way the ear cushions are built caused very little issues on pressing on my frames. Also very little excess sweat in and around the cones. Really well designed, sound quality, software and associated updates and comfort. Cost is a bit expensive though. Stoped working under 6 months, did work on multiple systems

At first I was excited about getting a new headset especially since it was limited time sale, but after trying to use it, I regret it. Trying to pair it with a PS5 is so hard, i frist read the "guide" but no help from it, then i went online to website and no real help from it either. I already tried updating the headset by connecting to my pc and then i had already rested the headset by holding Bluetooth and mode button together and still not working. I guess im not the only one with this issues especially since there are a lot videos on YT for connecting issues. Overall i dont recommend this product!!!!!! Try HyperX

Bought this back in November of 2022. It doesnt work anymore. Just tried to turn it on. Its dead. Really p/o that i spent this money on something that only worked for 5 1/2 months.

for the price and brand i was very disappointed with this headset the right ear cup broke off about 4 months after purchase thin plastic where it should be the thickest in my opinion had to reset them every other week difficult set up with a separate app on your phone.

I've had quite a few different pairs of headsets. The one thing I usually had issues with were the ear cushions either being too hot and not enough cushioning or they tend to break down and deteriorate leaving little pieces all over your ears and face after wearing them. Turtle Beach has always had an excellent reputation and once again they do not disappoint! Wearing these feels simply amazing as far as headsets go. The foaming is nice and thick and cloud soft at the same time. These cushions are made from memory foam and are gel cooled with their trademarked Aerofit technology!! Honestly some of the best feeling headsets I've ever worn. The headband is lined with the same padding for the top of your head so every point of contact on these is covered for maximum comfort. The look as usual, is dark , sleek, and sexy! All black with silver accents. Definitely a premium look and feel. The way the boom microphone hides by folding into the headset is stealthy. Thankfully it's not extremely long and at the length it sits it's not too far from the mouth or getting in the way. The buttons are perfectly sized and placement! There's mistaking which button is which because they're all the same like most headsets and you have to look at what you're doing to read which one is what. The volumes are separated and have a nice textured dial on the side. The sound is amazing, crystal clear as always with Turtle Beach. For gaming the sound is immersive with excellent bass. Can literally hear the players walking around you in full surround as they go from one side to the other. It's stated as having 40+ hours of listening but I played for a few days and still haven't killed these things yet. Overall Excellent headset and I would highly recommend this to others

Packaging was very nice and unpacking and set up was extremely easy. Right out of the box I started charging it so I can check out how long I can play on one charge. It says 40 hours but overall playing time was approximately 38 hours because of volume adjustments, a lot of online team playing (talking) and I also connected it to my phone and also used it at work for Teams meetings. The headset is great and easy to use. The clamping is noticeable but still comfortable because this headset has adjustable ear cushions and it fits well for people who wear glasses. I really like the adjustment so regardless of head length/width it allows adjustment for comfort. The ear cushions were very comfortable because it was like memory foam. Sound quality is amazing, when I was playing Warzone the footsteps were so clear it was creepy when playing late nite. The sound was crisp and clear along with voice quality. Another great feature of this headset is its compatibility across multiple platforms. I have the one for playstation which is compatible with Nintendo switch, playstation and with a flip of a switch it becomes compatible with xbox. This is an awesome feature because if you like to have one headset for all gaming then this is a must buy it will satisfy all gamers needs.

Two month out, already broken. Transmitter refuses to connect to anything. Go for another headset, as a quick Reddit search will return countless people with constant issues.

Horrible bluetooth connection i sit 10 ft away and have choppy sound that cuts in and out i will be using a corded headset for now on

The sound is amazing, the mic function is super easy and probably the best on the market.
