    Who ever thought using a transmitter for a headset is beyond ignorant. If you have a microwave anywhere near you using your headset it will distort the sound. Anything that admits any kind of rays radiation or data messes up the sound on the headset. For 200$ you would think these things would be made better. Thank god for geek sqaud i can go get a 200$ best buy card and get back the orginal gen 1s smh

    avoid at all cost make sure to do your research the dongle will go out after a few weeks maybe longer but its a known issue and they are not going to fix it. I have ha Turtle beach products for years and this is by far the worst ones sadly and will be going to a different brand now as they have gone down hill

    It sounds like its only on 10% . I am not sure why but do not buy this. Wish the was a no star option.

    Stop working after two weeks from purchase, though the headphones their self are amazing its a bummer they stop working
