The only complaint I have is that sometimes it takes a second to connect via the dongle to my Xbox, and if it doesn't connect in time the headset shuts off automatically. Other than that explosions have never been more booming.

Switch? Yep. Series X|S? Yep. Phone? Yep. Laptop? Yep. It can also be connected to two devices at a time! I like to call friends on Discord mobile while I’m playing games with them if there isn't an in-game mic. 5/5, would recommend!

The only thing is you have to update the firmware on a computer/laptop. Other than that this is really great the sound quality and I like the Ai they have. And the battery level is good.

These have better sound and will also work with my PS4 Pro. Only downside to these is the size. They are pretty big. So as long as you aren't trying to look cool, these will give you a good sounding pair of gaming headphones that will work with Xbox Series X/S, PS4/5 and PC. Pretty good bang for your buck if you ask me. They go on sale pretty frequently also.

Keep having issues with the headset being able to connect to my Xbox, but not having audio/mic doesn't work. Battery life is great though, which I was worried about before purchasing a wireless headset.

The only problem with this model is the eventual breakage at the left swivel point. I've gone through 2 of these. So get the replacement plan. Honestly though I just upgraded to the Turtle Beach Stealth Pro.

CONS: Hard fot on head/ears, can play for over 2 hours without irritation/pain, USB-A wireless connection is fast, but manages to fail on start up about 10% of the time, causing you to reboot the headset to connect with device
