The headset is a good quality as is the mic. There’s some buttons on the side that took me a lot of effort to figure out how to use properly but otherwise it’s really nice. Would recommend

Pros: -good mic, picks up voice perfectly without background noise -fits snug on the ears, comfortable for a couple hours -audio is great and very helpful in fps games Cons: -takes 30 seconds to connect

They sound great when they dont cut out. The usb dongle is the worst thing to happen to these. The previous generation 700 were by far better. These cut out to much, i tried every trouble shooting i could do. Still nothing fixed them cutting out every couple minutes at random times.

I bought this for my son because he is an avid gamer and he says it works good and cancels out the noise. I tried it on and its comfort, lightweight and sounds very clear. I'm going to buy my other son the same. I highly recommend it.

Works good and has a great battery life. I like that they automatically cut off to save the battery if you leave them on. It's also great that he can use the same pair of headphones for his Switch as he does his Xbox. However, I don't like that you can only connect to one device at a time, He's unable to connect the headphones to his controlller and phone at the same time, at least without some type of adapter, I guess.

I’ve owned Only Turtle Beach gaming heasets since the Xbox 360. These sound great if/when you get them to sync to thebusb correctly, but syncing them is a pain. Almost every time I boot them up they fail to pair to the USB and power off. Then it can take anywhere from 2 to 3 more resets to get them to 1. Pair to the USB, 2. Have the mic work in an Xbox party, and 3. Actually have the correct sound levels for the game audio. I kind if figured this was a one iff issue. However bot believing the issues i was having i have had 2 friend buy these and have the exact same issues. For the first time in over a decade this headset made me try a different brand of gaming headphones. For the same price the Steel Series Arctis 9X not only works correctly every time I power it on, they are also lighter than the turtle beaches, and they have a great sound quality to them.

Cushion breakin after few days but its not needed because they’re comfortable straight out of the box. They definitely addresses complaints of the previous version. Got it $119 black friday early pricing. Been using 2 weeks and no issues. Will update if some arise.

Best headset I have ever used. Able to connect to my phone, computer, xbox, etc. very comfortable, most of the time I forget I’m wearing them. Sounds amazing.

Amazing sound quality (especially with Dolby Atmos), great quality mic, long last battery, premium build, works great on both pc and xbox, Bluetooth features are amazing.

I wanna give this 5 stars but this is my 4th pair. I break them right where the ear cup meets the headband and i never see anyone else mention breaking them. Other than that i love moving around in between games with the wireless headset. I love connecting it to my phone. I love the sound and mic quality.

I really wanted to like this headset, especially given the compatibility. As a pair of bluetooth headphones, these work great and function as expected. The issue I have with this headset is that you have to use the dongle to connect to consoles, which to me is the main reason someone would by an Xbox headset. In this regard, this headset is horrendous. First, the volume when using the dongle is really low. I have the headset at 100% while gaming and then need to turn my mobile devices down to about 30% so the bluetooth audio isn’t overpowering the game audio. No matter how low I have it in the mix, it’s clear the bluetooth audio is regular volume you’d expect, but the game audio is at least 50% quieter. Further, while gaming (dongle audio) there is significant static and very unstable connection with frequent dropouts. When I contacted Turtle Beach support, I received a response basically saying that this is normal operation and that the issue is that there’s too much wireless interference in my home - they recommended moving my wireless router at least 3 meters alway from the console and turning off all other wireless devices. So, right from the manufacturer, this will work, if you re-arrange your home and turn off every other wireless device you own (they specifically mentioned - computers, tablets, phones, smart TV’s, smart lights, bluetooth speakers, wireless soundbars, etc… even that I should unplug any wall-wart power supplies I have). I’m sorry, but in what world would anyone be ok with that? Further, I live in a building with lots of neighbors, so am I supposed to knock on doors and request that everyone turn-off/unplug their stuff everytime I want to game. Sorry Turtle Beach, you messed this one up and this is the last product I’ll buy from you. I already replaced with a Steel Series that has all the same features, but has yet to have volume/connection issues.

These are one of the greatest sets of headsets I’ve ever had. The ability to listen to music through Bluetooth while playing your favorite games. Sound quality is amazing and battery life is off the charts with over 40 hours of life!

These gaming headphones have saved the day! They’ve lasted longer than most. My child loves them and uses them every day, so far so great!

This is a very good headset, definitely worth the money. Even though it says for Xbox but it works for PS5 and PC as well! Sound is amazing and they're very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
