I have never had a problem with it, it works super good. The audio in it is amazing. I use it for COD mainly and I guarantee you can hear everything from any direction to the point it may seem like you are hacking.

Quality audio. Offers great functionality since you can have two sound sources at once or separately with the usb transmitter and the built in Bluetooth that connects to any device. Be careful to remove to hastily, plastic build can worn after repeated use. Noise cancelling is better than most and the connectivity is flawless. Manual is straight forward, update are easy enough and customer support is swift and effective with turtle beach within warranty, got a replace after an accident in less than 3 days.

Great sound quality and very comfortable. Got as a Christmas gift so far no downsides to this pair. Bought on sale well worth the price paid.

The sound is perfect. Cuffs over the ears softly and sound proof.

I purchased the TB headset to replace my Astro a50 gen2 headset. I was skeptical at first given the reviews. But after many hours of use and care, these are probably the best headset I've owned. Plus they connect to all my devices - iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Xbox Series X, and PC. with zero issues. These are perfect to game, listen to music and watch movies and shows. Since they are lightweight and confortable I enjoy watching movie/shows while during flights and train trips. They are mostly plastic so I bought a travel case and a headset stand to protect them when not in use.

Works great most of the time. The battery lasts a long time. Every so often depending on the game the mic goes out and they need to be rebooted, however this is most likely a result of the specific game and not the head set. The game I’m referring to has been known to be plagued with problems

Comfortable fit during extended long use in gaming. Sound is clear and blocks external sounds allowing me to not be distracted during gaming.

Would buy again. The most comfortable gaming headset ive ever worn. Amazing sounds, might need to adjust the bass as i found it drowned out the volume but its very easy to adjust the settings.

So far the headset has been amazing. Can sync with everything. Sounds great and long lasting battery. Would buy again.

Turtle Beach headsets like this one have always been of top quality, and this one is no exception. Have used it most days since purchase, and I'm yet to experience a single issue or part of the headset becoming faulty. Absolutely nothing to complain about

Consistently got this mic 4 years in a row. The only problem is the transmitter will go out after awhile and then u need a whole new mic. So get the warranty. Other then that it’s a good mic

These are some of the most comfortable headsets I have ever had. The quality of sound is great too. There are occasionally some connectivity issues with both the Xbox and the Bluetooth, but it's not a big issue.

Easy setup with the transmitter. Great sound and mic quality. Very very comfortable. All around a great purchase.

Awesome headset highly recommend. Only flaw in my opinion is the sounds doesn't go as loud as I would like. Thats not to say the product is bad or not worth it. I'm the type where you can hear my headset even with me wearing them. Great product very comfortable and would definitely get again

I’ve always tried to stay away from Bluetooth headphone for the longest time because I thought they were not very good. This is the first pair of Bluetooth headphones I’ve had and they are really good. They have good range before they cut out and the sound when gaming is so much better than some of the top of the line wired headphones, these are a must get for any game.

After getting everything connected and set up we have no complaints the sound has been great a little heavy on Bass but very solid. The comfort is a 7 out of 10 a little heavier but fit well on bigger heads as well.

These were honestly some of the best gaming headphone I’ve ever used. The noise cancellation on these…to die for! I got them on sale, but these are a solid buy for any gamer out there!

The color, comfort, and quality was good. Here is the issue. Corsair, Steel Series and every other competitior has a far superior app and driver support . Turtle beach said PC on the box, but could barely stay comnected to the PC. (13900K/32GB Ram/RTX 3080ti) high quality gaming pc. No control over equalizer. The app just "connected" the device. It wouldn't allow any changes, profiles, anything... the stark difference in this and a Corsair Void/Virtuoso or a Logitech anything as an example ... they work insanely fast, have a great software suite, have gaming profiles & chat profiles, allowing for frequency sliders and all sorts of synergy with other products. Turtle Beach does none of that. If you wanna play on a PC, don't choose Turtle Beach.
