Great performance. App is awful!

I got this because it was one of the first options I found without a hub adaptor on the bottom of the controller for under $200. Setup was easy and I was up and running with it in 5 min. Firmware was up to date out of the box, connected instantly and short reach issues with gen 1 were seemingly fixed. Superhuman sound was fantastic! Then I tried the audio hub app... complete and total garbage. The headset pairs easily with my phone and works great for phone calls and even accessing Siri when pushing the Bluetooth button on the headset. However, the app couldn’t seem to figure out that my phone was connected. I deleted it and redownloaded about 4 times. I disconnected and reconnected, forgot device and repaired... power cycled... and the audio hub detected my headset for about a 5 min span in the 3 hours of playing. Then back to “cannot detect device.” It’s 2 stars on the App Store for a good reason. Great hardware. It’s very comfortable... but Turtle Beach needs a MAJOR overhaul of their audio hub app before using it as an advertising strong point.

Very decent product for being a Turtle Beach. I have had quite a few headsets over the years. The Planatronics Rigs 800 were my #1 for a long time. Was never really a fan of Turtle Beach. Felt cheaper than most other headsets in the same value category. I eventually got the SteelSeries 9x for xbox because of the bluetooth feature. I didnt really like the sound of them but loved the bluetooth feature. When i saw the Turtle Beach 700 Gen2 had bluetooth and the flip up (and hidden) mic, i figured i give them a shot. Good sounds. Comfortable and feel as if the quality is much better than previous Turtle Beach headsets.

The charge lasts for a good while. We did have some issues with them in the beginning of staying connected. It could of been something we was doing, because now works perfectly.

Man I had so hi hopes for these headsets. They are so comfortable and sound beautiful. Bluetooth was a feature I loved. But, I couldn't keep them synced to either my XBOX 1 or XBOX X after 3 months. It would constantly drop from connection; then unless I was connected to an XBOX party, no one could hear me when playing COD with my PS4/5 buddies. So I had to exchange them for RIG 800LX . Really was disappointed because I really like them when they worked.

Overall good headphones. Sound quality has good treble and bass with options to adjust between microphone and in game audio. Super easy to charge and connect to the Xbox. One button to turn on and connects instantly to the Xbox and turns off automatically when idle. Battery has a long life and have played multiple days on a single charge. Comfortable around the ears and easily adjustable. Haven’t messed around with the app that can be downloaded from any smart phone to adjust the volume options.

Good Quality
Good Sound
Solid Connectivity
Tells you headset battery when you turn it on
Chat Mixer function is so much better on Warzone than using the audio settings via xbox.
A little tight against my head width wise.. maybe the metal band will ease up over time?
Biggest con. My ears touch the inside of the speakers, the plastic part with holes. I dont think I have big ears, it never happened with my TB x41s and lower TB headsets

Amazing headphones! I’ve been using them for a couple years now, and still work like the day I bought them. No issues yet whatsoever. Battery and microphone still work great. First Bluetooth turtle beach headset, and I will continue to purchase their products after these give out.

Soft Comfort For Your Ear Holes

If you want something comfortable on your ears for longer gaming sessions, this is the headset for you. When I first put them on, it was nothing but comfort for my ear holes. Felt magnificent. Sounds quality is what you would expect from Turtle Beach, so I'm happy. One odd quirk, it will say its paired, but then its not. Doesn't happen often. I may need an update, but otherwise, I am pleased as can be.

Sound quality is great and I love that you can pair it with your Xbox and a Bluetooth device at the same time. This is my second pair and the only downfall is at a little over a year of having them, they both developed a stress crack where the earphone meets with the band and are unusable after it cracks all the way.

Opted for these after going through so many other headsets. The sound is great and the ear cushions are one of the most comfortable I have experienced. My only issues with the headset is the battery life could be better and I have had on occasion some minor connectivity issues. Other than that a very well built and comfortable headset with great sound and I feel it's worth buying.

It's a bit on the bulky side and it feels a bit heavier than my turtle beach headsets. I had some issues with the app connectivity but I don't use the app that much so it's not a big deal for me. Sound quality is decent. Battery life is good and I can usually get like 3 days out of it on a single charge (it will be different depending on usage).

I upgraded to these from the first gen Stealth 600s when they finally broke. I was very pleased. They're super comfortable because of the cooling gel and very breathable material on the ear. The battery life is great, so much so that I've played for 14+ hours and still not had to charge them in the middle of my session, not to mention, they don't take long to charge at all. The mic is above average for a wireless headset, and they stay connected very well. My PC and Xbox are upstairs and I can wear the headset downstairs to make food and they'll still be connected. It's also super easy to swap from PC to Xbox. The sound quality is really nice as well; it's not insane but definitely above average. Great headset all-around.

Great til it glitches. First set was good then the connection started giving out a few weeks in. Possibly got the early bad batch so this is now my 2nd in a month so I’m giving them another chance. Can hear literally everything around me that it gets me paranoid. Solid quality when it works. Battery life is great. I must see something in them if I’m returning for the exact same pair.

Had it for about 2 years and no issues at all. Battery life is still good, sound is good. Could replace the cushions for $20 easily but they are still holding up. The best investment I made for my Xbox and for my phone

This headset is great being wireless and near your Xbox. I have noticed that if I move slightly away from the Xbox the headset tends to disconnect. This is annoying if I forget to take it off near the Xbox. The headset itself has great features and the wireless is a big plus. I haven’t had any confort issues either which is another plus.

Stopped buying Turtle beaches and switched to Astros like 5 years back and fell in love with them. They finally broke and were out of warranty, so I tried 3 different headsets. These won by far, felt comfortable, love the Bluetooth aspect and sound really well. Some crackles every now and then but hey, its a wireless mic.

These things work great and the ability to listen to music from your phone while playing the game makes it pretty cool. It's a little on the pricey side but it is more comfortable compared to the others in the same price range

Love this headset. Great sound quality and easy connection to the Xbox and to phone/computer to set up the audio hub. Only complaint is that the headset fits a little tight but even with that it's a very comfortable headset. Ear cuffs are super soft like memory phone and fit well and comfortably with my glasses.
