I love it and it was so easy to pair to my new Xbox series x. There are two things that I wish were easier. For parents wanting to get this for their children. If you want to change setting on the mic such as enabling the ability of increasing or lowering the volume of the game chat you have to download an app on the computer and then enable it. Another gripe is that you have to turn off the mic first before turning off the console. The reason being is because if you turn off the console it usually turns off the mic on its own. It does turn off the mic but kind of slow because if you leave it on for the console to turn it off the console will turn back on and glitch out and not letting the controller be able to use. To fix this you have to turn on the console with the power buttons pull the power plug after it’s shut down and then wait 5 seconds plug it back in. Turn on the console with the button then turn on the controller and turn it off using the console. I have glasses too and they are comfortable to wear with the headset. Comfiest one yet

Hands down, this is the absolute best headset I've ever used! Prior to picking these up, I had a few of the RIG models- and they were okay.. But these are a real treat. Wireless, long battery life, superb sound make this a solid headset, but what sets it apart is the ability to use bluetooth simultaneously with the xbox wireless connection. It makes it simply to listen to tunes with gaming without being obnoxious to those in your party. The super-human mode is fantastic for hearing footsteps and isolating sounds... at least in PUBG. Very happy with this purchase and if you're thinking about getting these- do it, you won't be disappointed!

The headset is very comfortable. The ear pieces are cool, but the headset may be a little tight depending on your head size. It rarely happens, but it does happen that the headset loses connection to the Xbox and has to be re-paired. The sound quality inside the headset is unreal though.

I purchased this headset for the upcoming Xbox Series X. I have been using it on my Xbox One X in the meanwhile, it's a super comfortable headset. The thick cooling gel foam eye cups feel better than most headphones I've worn. When it comes to sound quality it can get loud in game and has more bass than the previous gen. But like the previous gen , it seems when you go into apps like Youtube, the audio sound level drops dramatically for some odd reason. It can crackle once in awhile but seems to disappear. The mic can tuck away nicely, and outputs my voice great. The 2nd volume rotater seems to not lock on the highest or lowest volume, just keeps spinning almost thought it was broken but it's good. Recommend to download the turtle beach audio app and check the latest firmware and to also adjust the sound to your preference. But overall it's definitely the best wireless turtle beach option currently in 2020 for the upcoming Xbox Series X/S.

I’ll start off by build quality. The build is really durable compared to the gen 1 700, and very sturdy with the metal band. The plastic also feels premium so it doesn’t creak or break. The comfort is very nice, it feels like a pillow and it’s very soft. The sound quality is way better than the 700 as it’s louder and clearer. The app is also very nice as you can make custom eq profiles within the app without having to connect to a software on your computer. The bluetooth is a really nice feature as you can answer calls within pressing a button on the headset. Overall this headset is 10/10 in my book and I have had no issues with it.

Love these bad boys now. My previous was the latest-gen Astro A50, sound is a bit better on the A50, yes, but a hassle to keep working with Fortnite after every update, the Astro's are high maintenance. But these 700's sound great, great bass and highs and connects to everything so easily and stays that way. Hook up your mobile for music or take phone calls while you game. Got an app for settings, including a gaming mode where you can hear movement and footsteps really well. Perfect all-arounder and durable enough to handle me sitting on them a few times already. Money will spent.

If you’re looking for a headset that has good sound quality with games, movies, music and won’t lose connection to your console, this is the headset to buy. For 150$ you really can’t go wrong, especially with all the features it has on the app that you can download to further tune your headset to your liking. The bass quality is great as well, especially with their memory foam ear cups that isolate the sound. And lastly this headset is extremely comfortable, it’s adjustable and has memory foam ear cups, that are removable and I assume can be switched out with other ear cups.

Comfy headset that disconnects randomly and often

Upgrading from the Stealth 700 Gen 1. My Gen 1's speaker snapped off so I needed a new set and figured the Gen 2 would be an upgrade. As far as being comfy and sounding great, they are. The packaging is pretty neat as well and came with a solid charging cable. I was more than excited for the upgrade. HOWEVER, I did rate them a 2/5 because they do randomly disconnect from my Xbox Series X. So often, in fact, that I gorilla-taped my Gen 1 back together to use that headset instead because I was so frustrated. Talk about a letdown. They wouldn't only D/C but the mic would also randomly stop working and had I not had my settings on my Xbox set to show who is speaking, I would have been participating in conversations where no one could hear my responses. Normally simply turning them off and on again fixes it but only for a little while and sometimes they immediately turn back off. Every gamer knows, communication is important in any game and when you can't rely on your headset, It makes gaming with friends that much harder, and infuriating. Even more so when you drop $140 on something you expect to be amazing. I am also a combat vet that is unemployable so Xbox parties are some of my only socialization and help with my mental health. So splurging on a $140 headset on a fixed income just to have it not work like you hoped is mind-numbingly disheartening. It hurts to leave a negative review on a brand that I have been loyal to and have always seen as synonymous with great gaming headsets. Hopefully this is a one-off and you will have better luck than me.

I really wanted to not like these cans. Something about the brand that never sat well with me. Try as I might though, I just couldn't hate them. I couldn't help but like them. Lets go over it. Sound Quality These sound darn good. Really good frequency response, clear highs. neutral mid tones. Sound darn good for music, sound darn good for games. The superhuman hearing works exactly as advertised as well. Factually not a gimmick. Can't tell you how many times its saved my butt in Rogue Company Comfort The plastic feels cheap in the hand. Yet, it's handled daily use no problems, no muss, no fuss. The cooling gel ear cup foam feels really good and as a glasses wearer. I really appreciate the ability to adjust them to have that grove for my glasses. These feel nice. They do feel kinda big worn around the neck on mid game (not afk) trips to the bathroom. Earcups The isolation on these ear cups are FANTASTIC. They nailed the ear cups on these cans Mic Sound is ok, no complaints. monitoring works really well too. Since it's a flip up design, you have to flip up to mute on the mic itself and honestly, this feels like it will wear out eventually. Might wanna consider the geek squad warranty on these just in case. weakest link in the chain is not the sound of the mic, but perhaps the durability of it. The App You want to download their phone app for these. They allow you to control all the eq settings and pairs your phone to the headset at the same time. This works extremely well and is much better than having the app on the xbox itself. it being on your phone you can adjust those superhuman hearing settings as needed WHILE in game because you don't have to pass the game to go into some xbox app, and then go back to game again. You just need your phone in front of you. I love this pairing feature because it allows me to listen to Apple Music on my phone, while playing a game at the same time. It's awesome. Overall I think these are hands down, the best pair of xbox series headsets you can buy in the 150-200 dollar range. I like these way more than the Arctis 9's that are 50 dollars more. These cans shouldn't be as good as they are. But there's no denying how good they are, once you start using them.

First time buyer. Was reluctant to pay the price on this headset but, so far there are no regrets. It took a little work setting up the headset. After the setup I only have to turn it on and it automatically links to my Xbox and cellphone. Love being able to listen to my music and hear the game at the same time. Volume controls are not as I'd expect ie. Music volume controlled via cellphone and game sound controlled via headset. Definitely need the turtlebeach app to get the best from your headset. Overall the headset is worth the price.

Since the first day that I bought them, they would crackle and pop so I left them to fully charge and the issue went away. Within the first week, they kept disconnecting and the Xbox detects the headset as a controller so when they disconnect the Xbox pauses your game and tells you to reconnect controller. Even after turning them off and turning them back on after a full charge, they disconnect almost immediately. When they do work, I love them and the sound is amazing. You can hear everything in Warzone. Bluetooth is a nice feature too and when it comes to audio, nothing is wrong but when using the app sometimes it can’t detect the headset for some reason

I've had this headset for about a month now, so far so good. The sound quality is really amazing. Crystal clear audio, and really nice bass. Definitely a huge step up from my cheap Recon 50x! The metal reinforced headband is extremely durable. And the breathable foam earpads feels amazing and are incredibly comfortable. They can also be detached and replaced if they get damaged or worn out. Mobile app features are not that special. Just volume adjustments and changing what you want the one 'special' button/volume wheel to be set as. Really lacking a custom EQ setting. Battery lasts me a for a long time. I usually go about 4-5 hrs per usage for ~3 days without needing to charge. Obviously it lasts less when hooked up to me phone via Bluetooth. Overall, pretty solid headset!

Good gaming headphones (headset). There are better ones on the market around this price range but usually are not fully Bluetooth and require constant firmware updating. I would highly recommend these if fully wireless is what you’re looking for and don’t want to deal with a bunch of settings/updates. I also have the PC38X headset from Sennheiser which plug into the controller instead of being wireless. I prefer them due to the openback feature (you can hear yourself talking much easier and can avoid accidentally yelling). The audio quality is also slightly superior imo and the mic is much better. Overall you will not regret these headphones but know what you’re looking for in a headset when purchasing.

Been enjoying this for 3 months. Works very well w handling multi Bluetooth such as listening music from my phone and hearing chats from Xbox one X. I can't wait to test on Xbox series x this week. The battery lasted for long time for me thanks to type C charger. Over ear piece is very comfy and adjusted from up and down and forward and backwards. I like when one headset moves front and the other moves back and it stays there. Overall, this is the best $$ I've spent on. Totally worth it
