Build quality seems to be better than 1st gen. The ear cushions are very nice and comfortable. The sound is as good as previous gen if not better. I use on a 2 pc set up, one connection on bluetooth and the other through an xbox wireless adapter at the same time and so far works just fine. I'm a heavy user (160+ hours a month) i havent had the battery die as of yet with 8 -10 hours with super human hearing ,treble, and bass boosted on. I will update a few months in, but so far i love these.

This is hands down the best headset I’ve ever owned. It has a very long battery life, great audio quality, the mic relays my voice perfectly, and it connects to my phone beautifully. Also, surprising, the app works like a charm.
The only down side is the it might feel a smidgen too tight for folks with heads as big as mine. However, it does loosen up with use. Mine loosened up after about two weeks of use.
Overall, I would most definitely recommend this headset

Sound quality is pretty good, the fit is a little tight, but i have a problem buying helmets too. Right now my only complaint is that sometimes the wireless connection to my Xbox is spotty, it will pop once in a while, some days more than others. I live out in farm country, and no one in eyesight around me has an xbox. and the amount of outside interference should be none. Hopefully there will be an update. But I wouldn't recommend it right now.

Now that the headset actually connects to Android phones so that you can use the Turtle Beach app you can actually do all that the headset is supposed to do. Sound is good, headset is comfortable and though some think it is too firm I'm okay with how it hugs the head. In voice chat my friends have no problem hearing me talking. There are only two downsides. 1) The mic works too well and will pick up ambient noise and amplify it. That is usually followed by complaints of what was that. 2) At times there is this clicking sound that comes and goes with no rhyme or reason.
Overall I'm enjoying it after a couple of weeks and we'll see how it is with another week or so of gaming.

Very comfortable for long periods of time. Sound quality is very good and fine tuning the headset on the mobile app is very easy. A big Pro is that it connects easily with the Xbox. If you intend to use this headset with anything else it will have to be via Bluetooth or if you get the Xbox wireless adapter for PC. They would have been perfect if they had a 3.5 mm jack, or better Bluetooth connectivity. Overall the headset is great. The microphone works just fine. And its good that it gives you an audible indication when you flip it up and mite the microphone. Build quality is not the best but for the price its appropriate.

I really like this headset ive used it for about 1.5 months. After a few hours it does start to hurt my head some but thats normal for me as im very sensative to ANY pressure on my head even headbands. I generally turn sound up on tv and lay the headset on my chest with mic close to mouth and have also set it beside me while gaming online. My friends and family who i play online with haven't had any problems
hearing me at all. Since it has blue tooth i can use it for my phone and tablet as well. I have reccomended to my friends.

I went from Astro a50s GEN3 to these after having trouble with my Astro's losing connection. Overall sound quality is great. Connection seems pretty solid. I liked the idea that they connect directly to the Xbox like the controllers vs the Astros that connected off 5ghz frequency using a station connected through optical input. The app originally didn't work for me when I first purchased them, but there's been an update since then that has added a few more features to the headset. I personally think the headset feels great, and the sound is great. You can customize some of the buttons on headset(using the app) which is cool. I would recommend these.

I usually use wired accessories, but wanted to go wireless. Battery lifecis fantastic. Used it fo about 4 days and battery level only got down to "Medium". Good quality sound and no hassle setup. Comfortable earpieces. The Comtrols sre good, easy ro use, once you figure out the functions. I like the way the mic fits into the earpiece when not in use. Tilting mic up mutes the mic. Much easier than fumbling with a button to mute.

Very clear sound and working great for now. They are a little tight, so if you have a big head you may want to avoid as I wear a large hat, and they are very snug. Seem to be of better construction than the prior generation, but still concerned they are going to break as they make noise when stretching to get on my head (and I stretch them as little as possible). Really with someone would come up with a heavy duty construction on headphones. Seems like most start breaking after a year of use, even when adult owned and not abused.

It’s a good headset and connects seamlessly with my Xbox with good audio quality. I haven’t tried the mic though.
What is cool is that when I switch on my headset , the Xbox also turns on automatically.
I considered a couple of $150 range headsets including Arctis 7X but one deciding factor was that this headset is “truly” wireless out of the box - no dongles, no wires.
The headset cups are very comfortable too. One downside for me was that the headset was a little bit tight for me and becomes noticeable after a couple of hours of gaming. Overall I would recommend this headset for Xbox players.

I got this headset 3 weeks ago and I must say it sounds amazing but it has horrible connection. Ok first the sound is amazing I can hear everything and the bass is booming. 2nd the connection on this headset is horrible is has trouble connecting to my Xbox series s and it always has a stuttering problem. The audio cuts off every 10 minutes and I have to keep extremely still. I give this headset a 2.5 out of 5 because of the connection but the sound is great.

First, the positives. They are very comfortable and have great game sound. The flip up auto mute microphone is a great feature. They also have great sound for Bluetooth music while playing your games. Now the negative, it disconnects from the Xbox frequently which appears to be a common issue when I looked it up. Considering how much they cost, it is not worth the price when you keep losing the sound.

These are amazing, the battery lasts very long. They may be a bit tight on a larger head size. I believe this will improve with use. The sound is well separated and giod quality. What happens to the right you hear on the right etc. Extremely easy to setup and pair. My only complaint is that they don't standby, you must turn them on for them to pair and be used, but a small issue. Once turned on, they pair right up.

Headset disconnects if you walk more than 15 feet from the console, and there is connection issues when using Bluetooth audio sometimes. When joining an Xbox party, you have to turn down the party chat volume to reset it, and then turn it back up. It’s not the end of the world, it’s just a slight annoyance. However, it is comfortable and having wireless is convenient sometimes.
