    Great gaming headset. I have had some issues with connectivity and not being able to power off. Nothing a hard reset would not take care of. On the quality of audio it is excelent gives yoy the surround sound experiance. I would like to see the boom mic have some more adjustability but it receives audio well.

    Great product only thing is background noise canceling is not as best people in your party will be able to hear just about everything going on the the background in your end after you have adjusted the settings to avoid that. Even so it is great the super hearing is also amazing.

    I love everything about this headset BUT this is about the 4th or 5th one ive broken the ear cups on... idk why they cant make a stronger build. Sound, mic, Bluetooth connection to my phone is perfect though.

    Excellent headset to use with XBox Series X. Lasts for hours on one charge and can easily leave recharging overnight. Very comfortable and block out outside noises well. Makes game play much more interesting, I can hear every small noise. Would definitely recommend.

    If you search for the top headphones, these won’t be listed but I’ve tried the other headphones that are top tier and none of them compare to turtle beaches in my opinion. The surround sound is way too good and accurate. I can’t hear it well on other headphones

    Watched plenty of reviews on different wireless headsets before going with these but glad I did. I had the first generation of these and they were great but stopped staying powered on so I’m hoping the Gen 2 will bring better luck because I really like them all around.

    the headset is good quality materials the sound is nice and if you just want them to use with the xbox they are great however, if you want to use them with your pc through Bluetooth be warned that they turn off with the xbox they are paired to and any sound from the xbox overrides them. Currently there is no way to unpair them. turtle beach's support has been pretty awful they take forever right now more than 7 days to respond to simple questions the first response was a copy paste response that sent me to their FAQs that had nothing on my problem still waiting on an actual person and were on day 20 since I sent my first email. the whole point I bought these was so I could use them for xbox and pc really frustrated right now.

      For PC use, you would not want to use the headset's Bluetooth connection. As mentioned within the headset's User Guide, you'd need an additional adapter known as the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10. Using that adapter with your PC and headset should get your headset up and running properly.

    Awesome Headphones for Xbox

    Purchased these to pair with a Xbox One. I’m hoping to get a Xbox Series X and wanted to be certain they would work. Headphones are high quality. They have a SuperHumanHearing mode that allows me to get a the jump on those COD bad guys.

    These are garbage. I bought this year and they worked for about a month. Headset constantly turns off, crackles and pops, disconnects. Contacted support and jumped through all their hoops and they sent me a new one. New one worked for 2 days and then same problems started again. Given both headsets had the same problem I asked for a refund and was told no. So now I have a $160 garbage piece of tech. You would think that with 2 defective headsets, Turtle Beach would honor or fix, And I have the same pair for ps5 and have no issues. I will not buy Turtle Beach again due to this and I have had Turtle Beach for my xbox and ps for years. No more.

      If your headset was purchased from another retailer, like Best Buy, then Best Buy would be the entity you'd need to contact to see if you're eligible for any sort of refund. Best Buy would have their own return/refund policies they'd need to abide by and can walk you through their return/refund process if they determine you're eligible.

    Cuts out like crazy

    Feels great on your head, cooling pads are great. The mic and sound quality are great too, when they actually work. Morning I picked it up I took it out of the box and paired it to my new Xbox Series X and it sounded great for about 30 seconds of gaming (Apex Legends) before it started cutting out ridiculously to the point of inability to use headset audio. Then tried to play CoD BO: CW with a friend later and he couldn’t hear a word I said much less fallouts because my mic was cutting out every other word. Tried restarting headset and Xbox with no luck and I can’t find anything online other than people having the same issue with no solutions. Buy a cheaper wireless headset, they’ll have similar quality.

    Honestly I'm loving these head phones. I've always been a turtle beach fan. So it might be a bit biased, however I love the settings options in the app and the easie of pairing to xbox. I would recommend these without hesitation to anyone on Xbox or Playstation.

    Wouldn’t take another Turtle Beach wireless headphone if it was given to me for free. These headphones were a nuisance from day one, they were constantly reconnecting while gaming and I was never able play for more than maybe 10min before they’d disconnect. Sometimes I had to completely reset the headset because it wouldn’t connect any longer. The headphones fit, feel, and look great but their functionality I give a zero if possible. The most frustrating new purchase I’ve ever made!!! I returned them after maybe 1 week, wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

      Thanks for leaving your feedback. On that note; please try out the following with your Stealth 700 GEN 2:

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short. This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.

    These headphones are constantly disconnecting from my Xbox series s. The return period is 15 days. They were fine for about 10. Finally decided they aren’t worth it and will be going back to wired.
