Worst headset i have used yet

Try's to pare to other controllers when only one pared device is on. Has the most aggravating g.a.yest voice I have ever heard in a headset. I do not recommend the purchase of this product. It gave me nothing but problems and thanks to the g.a.y push of this company I am never buying another turtle beach product ever again.

The headset has no way of connecting directly to a controller, so what you described here is a bit unusual. Our team can also guide you through the process of turning the Voice Prompts in the headset off, as that is an adjustable feature. Good Gaming Headset

This headset is worse than the Gen 1. Had connectivity issues 30 minutes into gameplay. Static noises along with my friends not being able to hear me. The Gen 1 had minor mic issues, this one is just garbage. Do your research and look for a better headset.

Only buy if you enjoy factory resetting.

Do not buy these headphones if you expect to enjoy them longer than one year. Mine are falling apart, wont charge, and I have had to do a factory reset on them three times. They are comfortable, sound OKAY, but the hassle of troubleshooting on these is not worth the money. Please remove them from your cart and pursue something else. They're BAD.

Not happy with this headset

I have had this since day 1 and it's been nothing but trouble with static and cutting in and out. Turtle Beaches warranty and customer service have not been easy to deal with. For a $150+ headset, I expected way more. My friends have $30 headsets that work better then this. I will say when it does work, they are great! It just doesnt happen often.

Headset needs some work.

I thought this was a really good headset. I looked around online to see what are some good options in regards to headsets for the Xbox Series X. My friend got this headset and had nothing but good things to say which made me get the headset as well. I've retuned the headset to best buy for another one and also got two headsets shipped to me from Turtle beach directly. The headset has a lot of issues. Upon turning them on they will automictically power off right after, this can happen continuously after each other before it wants to stay on. Or when I'm gaming the headset would randomly lose audio altogether but stay on. Numerous times I've dealt with the headset connecting to my Xbox and I have no game audio and the mic doesn't work, but I voice chat audio. I've tried restoring the headset and rebooting my console until after 3 or more times it finally works as it should. I would not recommend this headset at all. The headset is great when it works but never know when all these issues with be addressed. There's better options out there.

THEY WEREN'T LYING!!!! ... I tried them for about 30min before I became frustrated and returned them. (Glitchy sound, static sounds on microphone, invasive app that wants your location at all times, disconnects my xbox control) ... NO THANKS!

Doesn’t last

However, I haven’t had them 2 months yet and already not working. I was playing a game and my chat went out, so I turned them off and BAM brick. They won’t charge, turn on, reset nothing. Of course it takes turtle beach forever to respond too...currently looking for a headset to replace TB

Turtle beach does not offer many trouble shooting options for a macOS so I was kinds of stuck. Contacted Turtle Beach directly, and they did send a replacement, but for $150, there should be more attention to detail and quality. They should not just randomly stop working within 2 months. Will likely look for a different brand if I have to replace them
