    Absolute worst headset I’ve ever purchased. Constant disconnects. Crackling all over the place. Can’t stay connected for a full gaming session. I’m lucky to hear my party sometimes. Stay away from turtle beach. Spend the extra money on an Astro. Absolute garbage company.

    al the time I use it I loose sound every minutes for like 3to5 seconds, it get annoying.

    Worst headset I've owned. Horrible mic quality. Less than average sound quality. Major connection issues. Uncomfortable with glasses. Everything advertised about this headset is no where near what it promises. This is also all coming from a 5+ year loyal Turtle Beach User.

    Doesn't work with Fortnite

    I bought these to play Fortnite with friends. I updated the firmware as indicated and they worked for a bit, but now the make For it's silent. I can hear my Xbox notifications, but not Fortnite. I'm sure there's a technical fix and I'll get to it, but annoyed that I have to work so hard to play a game.

    I've tried two, just to make sure it wasn't a faulty one I got. Same results with both, that are similar to the issues I've experienced with the Stealth 600 gen 1. The audio will stutter every so often and then completely cut out at random, forcing you to reboot the headset to get audio back. The firmware was up to date on both. The app to adjust settings on the headset from your phone is also completely non-functional, as well. I also tried this on multiple phones and had the same results of the app continually trying to load firmware information, with the bar continuously loading. I can't even get the headset to pair via Bluetooth. I'm taking these back and getting a different brand entirely. I never had this sort of issue with the Stealth 420X, but that uses a USB dongle.

    Absolute waste of money. Worked fine for all of 48 hours. it has a known issue of poor voice coms (check reddit, etc). Wireless would randomly drop connection. Both recommended fixes are hard reboots...over and over and over again. Returned within 10 days.
