    It’s sturdy, the sound amplification is great quality but the mic is easily worn and the Bluetooth capabilities sometimes will make the wireless controller or the headset itself disconnect. I don’t like how it has its on charger port that supports the headsets it’s self for the expense of the headset.

    It started off great. I’d say a year. 4 years later I still have it as an emergency back up. Somewhat of a heavy headset. The foam on the sides of your ear slowly start fall off no matter how you position it. Connection drops soooooo much now. It’s frustrating but I guess just not built to last. I did enjoy how well it sounded though.

    This is my second pair of turtle beaches. Both pairs were ineffective and the earpiece was broken within a year. After the second time, I returned them and decided to go with Astros. Worked well, but they don’t hold up.

After doing that, re-pair your headset to your phone via Bluetooth. Once the headset has paired to your phone, re-open the newly re-installed Audio Hub and see if you continue to have the same experience.

    Needs a QUIETER way to mute. My teammates are annoyed at how loud it sounds when I mute. My hair gets caught and cut on the ear piece even when it's pulled back into a ponytail. Other than that, it works great. It just needs a few tweaks to be perfect.

    Awful Bluetooth connection with Xbox Series X

    I should have listened to the reviews. Bluetooth constantly disconnects. I love the feel and sound but I just can’t deal with the disconnects especially during COD when you gotta hear what’s going on around you. Returned it.

    Not as good as I expected. Should have went with a different brand then Turtle Beach. Cuts in and out, drops the Bluetooth connection many times, and I'm sitting literally 6-8 ft. from the console.

    it works great but the plastic part became brittle in 11mths & broke when put into use just on handling... no sympathy from support as addressing issue easily puts you past purchase date but crazy glue works

    Consistently disconnects while playing and takes forever to connect again. Speech will be garbled from time to time too. Big fan of turtle beaches and this is the first high end headset i ever bought, but this is terrible

    Bought this in November and only a month lately I been having so much problems. From sound friction to headphone just stop workin and won't cut off. Just on but can't connect. Might have to return if problems can't be fix

    Turtle beach make some of the best headsets on the market. I believe that you get the best mix of quality and affordability when you buy a turtle beach headset. One of the best things is that this headset will be compatible with the current GEN consoles and the next Gen consoles that will be out soon. The long lasting battery is great and you never have to worry about running out of battery while playing. Comfort is also a must have when it comes to gaming. Although this headset is on the heavier side it feels very comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is amazing and offers surround sound which is very helpful in most gaming aspects. The only downside that I found was while connecting them. It was a little confusing on how to connect them to my Xbox even after reading the instructions. After playing with the buttons for a little I finally figured out how to connect the headset without trouble. I would highly recommend this gaming headset to anyone who is serious about gaming.

    Broken ear piece and ear cuff after hardly no use

    The ear cuff came unglued and the piece that holds the ear cuff to your head broke and cracked. I never slam my headset and have a stand just for the purpose of it not sitting on my desk and still broke after just 1 years time.

    Returned first headset because it wouldn’t power on anymore. Second headset is having issues connecting to game chat. Retuning the second set in exchange for Astro A 50. Done with turtle beach.

    Great quality product it. Doesn’t work with Xbox series x. Had to return. So ridiculous. Read up on it. You stop moving the remote joystick for 5 seconds and the sound cuts out completely. Horrible. Xbox and turtle beach need to chat before you buy this.

      Microsoft specifically makes mention of their controllers having this issue within their "Known Issues for the Xbox Series X" article listed on their website.     Ok, I've had turtle beach headsets better part of 15 years. Big big fan of Turtle beach. The 700 gen 2 is disappointing in function. First you gotta download firmware to use it's features. The audio app is dated and very little adjustments can be made. So that was handled and adjusting to this limited headset. Then the battery dies.... Tryed to charge and use but didn't work... That's not right. Hours latter red light on headset is on plugged in or not plugged in. Tried and tried to get it to turn on... No luck..... This product should be recalled............

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.

      This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.
