    Loved the headset I just couldn't keep it connected to the xbox sound would just drop out and the headset would randomly turn off

    So I bought these for my new series x and it has been a nightmare since I got them. The Microphone is Garbage, it just makes popping and clicking sounds while its on, It makes it unusable. The audio cuts in and out as well while I play games. The app is also garbage it cant even find my headset. I tried contacting the support team but have yet to hear a response as well. I will probably never buy turtle beach again.

    These headsets are very buggy after a month Feb 3rd today is March 14 12:39 the headsets are dead and lights won't come on

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short. This may clear up what you are experiencing.

    Bluetooth is complete trash and it disconnects alot. Always has videos breaking in audio when the video is running smoothly and cant go. Also the audio and mic scroll is dumb and doesnt work teammates are always super loud and i cant control it so thats another issue turtle beach gone down hill plz choose something else

    The Turtle beach stealth 700X gen 2 is a very good headset with excellent sound quality and bluetooth pairing. It is easily one of the best headsets on the market. Being able to listen To the game and music on my phone plus answer calls makes it so much easier when gaming. It was very easy to pair up to my xbox. The battery life lasts for a very long time and charges very quick. In games where sound is critical to your performance, such as modern warfare, rainbow six siege and others sometimes the sound will glitch out and you the surround sound won’t work but the microphone quality is good for an xbox headset. Other that that issue - the sound is crisp! *Review from my 17 year old son.

    I have to say that I am impressed with this headset. I previously owned the Gen 1 version and had to return them a couple times before I eventually decided to go with a different brand altogether. Looking back on the Gen 1 and comparing to the Gen 2 is night and day difference. The construction of the Gen 2 is so much more solid. The metal head band is reassuring. The drivers inside each circumaural ear muffs also have a metal grate over them. The headset does feel a little heavy but given its components it seems justified. The padding on the ear muffs is thick and comfortable. The headset pairs quickly to the Xbox One and hasn't lost connection during sessions as the Gen1 did. The battery life is great. I charged it once since receiving the headset and have used it daily for a few hours each session. A vocal reminder reports the life of the battery when the headset is turned on. It is indicated as high or, in its current level, medium. I assume it will indicate low when it reaches that point but I have not gotten to that point. Sound quality is nice. Overall, I am really happy with this headset. I wish the Gen 1 was never released compared to this set. The Gen 2 is already supposed to work with the new Xbox Series X when it is released. I am excited about this since I have pre-ordered the new system and should not need to get a new headset.

    Volume wheels do not adjust volume

    This headset has separate volume controls for game audio and chat. First pair I received the chat volume didn’t work. Turtle Beach replaced them. The replacement pair had issues with the game audio. Trying to adjust the game volume just turned it off altogether. Finally gave up and bought another brand.

    I ordered this a couple weeks ago, and just opened it today. Nothing tampered with at all. But the headset won’t even charge or turn on. Waste of $200. More than furious. Will be contacting customer support. How can a company call its self a company and sell cheap plastic, faulty, headsets. Turtle beach has definitely hit a new low.

    Will not turn on or sync to app

    Just got them today, they will not turn on or be seen by the Bluetooth app to sync. Tried my phone and downloaded the turtle beach app on my laptop. Had them plugged in for about 20 minutes before I attempted to do anything so they should have some battery life. Tried the Bluetooth and mode button hard reset, had no success. Very disappointed in Turtle Beach.
