Stay Away

The clamping force is unbearable, and sound quality is average at best. Mic echos as well. All around typical poor build and quality control by Turtle Beach. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for one of the Steel Series headsets.

Buyers beware

But other than that, it fits nice, love the app that goes with it, love that it can play music and answer calls while you play. It just doesn’t stay paired.turtle beach issued bug fix and it only got worse. I will see it works better on an Xbox series X.

$99 Xbox headset is way better

Look elsewhere

The headset will connect but mic won’t work until console is reset. Directional sound is horrible and so is “superhuman.” Mic will randomly turn off.

Very Sleek Design! Subpar App/software

The controls on the headset are conveniently placed and the built-in mic is not obtrusive. Overall a very nice pair of gaming headphones. The only downside is the android app, it should connect and allow you to customize the sound and some of the settings and button assignments. I downloaded the app and have not been able to connect my headphones yet. I read reviews on the app and the problem is widespread. It isn't a major issue but it does limit the customization slightly.

You are correct. The headset would require an additional adapter for use on a PC, as this headset uses Xbox Wireless to pair the console & headset together. In order for this headset to work on a PC, you would need an additional adapter that adds Xbox Wireless compatibility to your computer.
That additional device is known as the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.

There are several differences between the two models features on the 700 Gen 2 that would not be included on the 600 Gen 2:
1. Bluetooth® connectivity so you can listen to music and take phone calls while playing

3. Metal-Reinforced Headband
4. Extended 20-Hour Wireless Battery Life
5. 50mm Nanoclear™ Speakers
6. Remappable Function Buttons

Stopped charging 5 months after

Tried different charges and Troubleshooting steps online . Very dissatisfied. If you want to risk it , get a warranty if not you are gambling 150 dollars away

Absolutely one of the worst companies for customer support. Product is garbage some break in a few days and others in a few months. My older set that sounded better with better options lasted years trouble free. Find a better company with a better product.

Do not buy

I tried different EQ settings and it kept sounding like it was underwater. DO NOT PURCHASE! The one good thing about these is that it can be connected to your xbox and phone at the same time.

3 rd pair all Crap

I went to the Turtle Beach site for support, trying to troubleshoot the problem. There download didn’t install on my computer.MAC. I was told to use a Microsoft system instead. Don’t have one.

Trash headsets, trash company

Uncomfortable and somehow the stealth 600s have better audio. Turtle beach has gone downhill in recent years, would recommend Astro’s or anything else. Done with this garbage company.

Not a fan, at all.

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

App Doesn't Work, Headset is Worthless

The app doesn't work on the phone and neither on the computer. These headsets are worthless without the app, I can't even lower or raise the volume on a $150 headset. Do not buy.
