    I couldn’t get it to sync up with my xbox 1 so I returned it and exchanged it for something else. Would not recommend. Ive noticed a significant decline in quality over the last couple of years. I used to love Turtle Beach headphones, but not so much anymore

    Its hard to control the audio of the game and the audio of the chat sometimes you barely can hear the chat because the gameplay is to loud and sometimes you can hear the chat good but the gameplay to low

    Bought this yesterday and used it all day, it worked fine, then the next night it turned off for some reason, and when I tried to turn it back on, it turned on and started buzzing very loudly immediately. I can't turn it back off, so this sound won't stop.

    Horrible headset, after two months of using it the headset is completely dead, won’t turn on or charge. Super disappointed for spending 160 after years of using turtle beach this is my turning point. Definitely not ever using turtle Beach again

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.

    Choppy and connectivity problems

    The headset is amazing when it works. I am having a lot of connection issues. It will keep going in and out while playing games. Very choppy. Not sure if I just got dealt a melon but I cannot recommend these headphones based on my headset.

    I bought it got it delivered and when I turned it on and off just to see if it worked and when I turned it off a red light turned on and has been on for an hour very disappointed for spending $158 dollars Best Buy could you get me a new one

    I’d give it a 0 if I could. Liked my last turtle beach headset from 2015 but they discontinued and now produce poor quality headsets. Avoid get the steel series. This headset broke after 3 months

    Snap, Crackle, and Pop

    Absolute junk. They were easy to pair but immediately I had nonstop cracking mixed with pops and silence. I did a firmware update for the headset, restarted my Xbox, and still had the exact same issue. I'm returning them tomorrow.

    I generally look for three things in a headset, in this order: Comfort, Sound and price. The Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headset performs well in all three areas. Comfort is first for me because if the headset is not comfortable, it doesn’t matter to me if they are comfortable and inexpensive. The Turtle Beach Headset is very comfortable. The Aerofit cooling gel-infused ear cushions made it easy for me to wear them for longer periods of time compared to other premium headsets I own. Sound of course is a close second to comfort, and these sound excellent. The base is deep, and the high range is clear and crisp. I am no audiophile, but some headsets I have worn have a sort of artificially enhanced sound that I find very annoying. These had none of that. The microphone is clear and present (meaning people I talked to didn’t say I sounded like I was talking to them in a tunnel). Third is price. You can’t get much better bang for the buck than these. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and affordable headset.

    Great headset when it works

    I was extremely excited to receive this headset as a birthday gift and as of this review I’ve been using them for about a month. Overall the build quality and sound are amazing but the downside, which is huge, is the sound pop and cutting. I can use the headset for one play session with no issues but the next time I go to use them they don’t work at all. The sound will cut out and not work even after trying to turn them off/disconnect and turning them on again, its very annoying and can effect gameplay. Pros: Very comfortable Convenient app on phone Sound is clear and dynamic Build quality Turn on console with headset Bluetooth connection with phone Battery life Cons: Annoying connection to Xbox Sound pops and cuts No way to connect directly to controller

    Works for 2 weeks until you can’t return it. Then wireless is so unrealizable (sound is there a second, gone, back again, gone again). Save yourself money and go wired or with a wireless product that actually works.

    Only worked for two months. Dead now.

    Used for two months and will no longer power on. Tried firmware update, hard resetting, all other online forum tips with no solution. Support is backed up and taking a long time to respond. Will have to return.

    Wouldn’t charge after the first time using it, it’s very sensitive the right ear just snapped off after a few weeks. Would not recommend for young children.

    Nice but too tight

    These are a solid headset. The sound is crystal clear, easy to use and the mic works great. My only issue is they are too tight. I can only wear them a couple of hours before my ears hurt. There is no width adjustment. I do wear large to XL baseball hats. This might not be a good fot for you if you have a larger hat size.
