Used the headset for a month now it wont turn back on

These work amazing. I wear glasses and these didn't press the frame against my ear. You really do hear a lot of stuff u cant hear with cheaper headphones. The mic is high quality. 100% recommend.

Downloaded the app, which is required, btw. It makes changing profiles and sound really easy. Superhearing is awesome however there is no bass to this profile. I use enhanced bass and treble as the setting and it works really well. I have, on two occasions, had the headphones disconnect from the XBOX and start playing music from my phone. A power cycle of the headphones fixes that, just an annoyance mostly. Only one complaint of muffled voice, other than that, they work really well.

I love them but the build quality could be alot stronger and sturdier. They connect seamlessly to the xbox but have a few problems can turn off immediately but the second turn on fixes it

Good Sound, good quality, poor accesibility thru the app or to get it connected thru bluetooth.

Tried it out last night it was amazing 1 programmable audio button(through the trutle beach app) that can be used for bluetooth, voice monitoring, game chat or forgot what the last one is. More comfortable and better materials than the last model and so for, better connection with the xbox and being farther away. (My 700 gen 1 would disconnect at random being right next to the xbox. It was really bad if I was more that 6ft away). I will update this if my opinion changes. So far I would say this headset is amazing.

Bottom Line, this is a good headset, the sound is very good and the mic quality is ok, its very comfortable but the only reason I'm returning it is because its very tight, I have a average size head and its very tight, even after a while of having it, its still tight. The sound quality is almost too much if that makes sense, they give me a headache after only about 30 minuted of playing it

I have been using this for the past week with my XBOX ONE S. The sounds are great. I have played games and movies for hours. The spatial sound makes sounds come out of all directions. I have caught myself ducking. The modes, and switches on the headphones themselves are very nice and simple so I don't have to think a lot to turn volume up and down, change sound modes, etc. I did have to use my windows laptop to get the hub to work as expected. I am definitely impressed with the sound and quality of this system. Thanks Turtle Beach for making a great product.

This item has great audio. The features are wonky like the super human hearing. The quality of the product sucks. I’ve taken great care of this item like I do with everything I own and today the headset just cracks from the plastic and does not fit snug to the ear anymore.

Great sound, use them on my pc, xbox, tablet and phone.

Sound quality, the feel of the headset, and the Bluetooth to this headset is great! Never had or experienced a headset like this. Really comfortable and very easy to connect via Bluetooth. I have no issues with it what so ever.

I have it on authority from my 15 year old these are "da bomb" if you only want to play hooked up via blue tooth and not use any other features. Accordingly the super human mode is only "OK" Turtle Beach still is struggling to package it all together to work as intended, at least and have it be turn key operator friendly. I, along with other reviewers was not able to to get the headset recognized by the mobile application. I tried TB support, which is behind due to..you guessed it COVID19. I finally became uninterested and gave up.I since have had success after several tries. I do like the option of gaming, taking calls seamlessly. I tried to use this in conjunction with my Windows 10 computer, figuring maybe it would second as a good and comfortable work alternative, wrong... Apparently and as other reviewers confirmed you need an adapter. Still have not worked through this one as of yet. The audio quality and build quality are there, just not all the bells and whistles as promised, at least flawlessly. While I would recommend these, there are other models with a lesser price tag that perform just as well and better yet, they don't come with the bells and whistles so there is no disappointment when they don't work. I would recommend as long as you can live with tweaking and the possibility they may not work as indicated.

Great sound isolation, very comfortable. Only downside is the bluetooth connection can be a bit dodgey.

Good headset for the price. Doesn't feel flimsy like others. I am a turtle beach brand guy so I always like their products.

This was a great gift for my son. He’s a huge gamer and loves this! About 6 month after purchase it side of the head meet broke. I bought the 2 year coverage for this and so glad I did. They replaced it on point.

I absolutely love the sound and the way these things feel whenni cna get them tk stay connected. My only problem is the connection on the bluetooth. I can get it connected but can’t be no more than a foot away from my playstation then as soon as i walk more than 3ft away they disconnect. It may just be the set i got but who knows, its been doing that since day one and ive only had them for a week.

This headset feel so great on. i love the build and the quality. But what makes this headset a 2 star is the MAJOR connection issue to the receiver. I have made sure the audio hub is updated and plugged the headset in as well as the receiver to make sure it is updated, was informed that it was updated. When I talk to people on mic I keep going out to them to where the can not hear me multiple times in a game session. It is extremely annoying especially when competitive gaming. I am so upset about this. I tried it on two different headsets and the same issue. I will be returning this after I post this and getting a different brand. I love TB but this is unacceptable especially going into the new gen of consoles.

I used the product for about 20 months before the earpieces broke from the rest of the headset. I am happy I purchased protection plan. Upgraded to the 700 gen2 max. Wanting a wired experience moving forward I may not stick with turtlebeach next
