The cooling gel on the ear cups is very nice. I wear glasses and usually other headsets put too much pressure but this one just sits and lets your glasses sink into the cups. very comfortable for long gaming sessions.

Issues using with PS5

I'd previously owned the Gen 6's and used them with my PS4. I bought the Gen 7's to use with my PS5. I had issues with all 3 pairs. They would connect for a while and then disconnect and turn off, in the middle of a game. I had to keep turning them back on and reconnecting them. If I muted them and attempted to unmute them, they did the same. I installed the TB app on my phone and laptop, out of the box, and the firmware would update. After returning the 3rd pair, I was done. I purchased the Astro A50's. I haven't had a single problem yet, after 3 weeks.

However there are some Bluetooth connectivity issues that every buyer should be aware of. If you don’t have music playing or anything, just turn it off. If not you’ll hear a consistent “Bluetooth disconnected, Bluetooth connected” while you’re playing.

Not working for PS5

Extremely comfortable, amazing sound quality (I tried Bluetooth music from my phone). However the transmitter I got at least doesn’t have any range. It only works if the headset is right on top of the transmitter. I tried every single troubleshooting and it didn’t work. Emailed support so hopefully they have a resolution but from what I read this is common and the recent update messed it up on the ps5

Reaching out to our Support Team was the correct thing to do, as they can assist you with troubleshooting for this or replacement service if necessary under the warranty our products are sold with.

I wish there was an easy way to separate voice chat from ingame sound (lower in game sound and raise chat volume). Not so easy with the PS4, but I understand it is fixed with the PS5.

The sound is better too. I haven't used it for Chat as of today, but plan to soon.

Once you connect to Bluetooth, the game audio is cut by like 50-70%. But if you are just using it for gaming, this is a great buy.

Not bad, if your debating whether to get it for PC get the PS4/PS5 version comes with a little USB connection, so you won’t have problem with Bluetooth. Xbox doesn’t come with the adapter.

If it was more reinforced at that point may have lasted longer.
