Great Sound comfortable battery last forever build quality is very good for the price get comments on how loud they sound even when barley have the mic volume up

Cheaply made & if you have a bigger sized head I definitely recommend going with another product but most Turtle Beach headsets are built cheap. I've literally needed to buy a new pair ever year & I don't think I'm hard on them either. They went on a rack when done using so the fact that the plastic breaks every time in basically the same 2 spots tells me all I need to know. I did have high hopes for these as they used a metal on the top half but it's still cheap plastic right above the ear pieces so the metal part where they added it doesn't really help at all.

Good headphones for a Ps5. Pretty comfortable and I’m sure they will break in more to add more comfort. Mic works great and I like the flip up design

Bought these to replace a broken gen 1 set. They have a much more stable connection and longer range. Very comfortable and cancel out most of the background noise.

Love the high definition surround sound and the fact that the battery life lasts longer than most other bluetooth headsets.

I've had many turtle beach headsets but this is the first one of the Gen 2 and was for one of my kids, this headset is a pain in the butt to deal with for the Bluetooth connection. Every time you turn the console on you have to be within 1' of the console for the headset to pair the Bluetooth. Any further distance away then it will not pair, might as well had gone with the wired headset. Sound and comfort quality is excellent! But I'm hesitant to replace the other two headsets in the house because of this Bluetooth issue.

Great product. Has quality sound and very easy to use. This is a comfortable headset that I can wear for hours at a time with no issues. Highly recommend.

Ive have to of these headsets because im a loyal Turtle beach customer with still owning the Elite 800’s but this headset really disappointed me with the distortion but the comfort and stuling the cooling jell cups was amazing i just constantly had communition issues! Didnt like the all communication volume and chat either and coming from the Elite 800 which i loved this wasn’t a better option for the PS5! I hope they fix the issues because i really liked them but some of the features needs changing.

Excellent quality, it is much better than the 600. Feels much more comfortable around the ears. Blocks the outside noise very nicely. Happy with the upgrade,

Works great with my PS5. Battery lasts a long time, sounds good, meets expectation. Mic folds away when not needed, and don’t have to worry about losing it.
