Coming from a first gen user the tiny details and differences make a huge upgrade. Bought this for the PS5 and these headphone did not disappoint. The low profile mic and easy access buttons make the headphone flush and easy to reach. The sound quality on these headphone make such an amazing sound quality with the PS5. You know it’s a great purchase when your wife hates them cause you yell too loud when you use them.

Comfortable headset but wouldn’t use for prolonged use. Bluetooth disconnects randomly from my phone. It’s hard to balance voice and game audio. My biggest gripe with this headset is whenever the usb is plugged into the console regardless if the headset is on or not sound will not come out of the sound bar till the usb is unplugged. I wouldn’t recommend to hardcore daily gamers. This was an upgrade from my stealth 400 series from a few years ago, but in my opinion the 400 was a more complete headset.

I’ve used Turtle Beach for over 10 years. Of all of their headsets I’ve had I only had issues with this model. It quit working after only 2 weeks of use. It is apparently a somewhat common issue with this model. I contacted Best Buy and had a new one in the mail and delivered to my house within a week. I haven’t had any issues with the new one. Overall this is a good headset and I would recommend it to someone for the price. There are better (and more expensive options) out there though.

Great headset. The mic is incredible. The mid levels feel a bit imbalanced and the headset app is just laughable. But great improvement from wired Steelseries Arctis 5.

These headphones are pretty great. They're are comfortable for long gaming sessions. They are alittle on the heavy side but shockingly comfortable. They have cooling gel foam in the earcups and man you can feel it when you put them on. I forgot they had it, then was wondering why it felt cold when I put them on. It really works! The audio quality is really good. The surround sounds lets you get immersed into the game. You can hear the competition before you even see them. They are pretty loud when you want them to be. I sometimes have to actually turn them down when I'm in heavy action in a game. (Note: You may have to turn up the headset volume in the console settings to get the full volume.) The super human hearing is not my taste but works. The bluetooth is awesome to be able to answer a phone call real quick in game. The actual music quality on Bluetooth is not the best as it distorts at high volume. The microphone is really good. I love that they included the fold up to mute feature makes it easier to mute on the fly. The USB dongle goes red as well to let you know you are muted. The mic also swivels toward you to get better audio. The mic monitor helps alot to not be yelling all the time to hear yourself. The battery life is awesome! They can last all day no problem and then some! The App is the way you can adjust your EQ and use presets. The app is pretty basic and has trouble connecting. But you dont really need it since they are really good on they're own. Overall they are really great and definitely the best headset that you can get for the PS4.

I love them, you can play music from your phone while on your console. Or even customize presets from your phone. Mic is super clear and doesnt sounds choppy at all. Best headset for the value hands down. I connect via bluetooth to your phone and for playstation users it uses the wireless receiver. I believe they work on computer via bluetooth as well. Nonetheless sound quality and functionality are amazing! Must buy!

My first headset I received was faulty. Just static sound and nothing else. A dud. Replacement works fine, mostly, and they have some pros and cons. Overall sound quality is pretty solid. Good spatial sound and directional sound is pretty accurate. There are different sound modes you can use. The mic is pretty clear, but there is a slight echo. The mic itself is hard plastic not removable. I much prefer the flexible, detachable mic like that of the Elite Atlas Aero. I end up with mic up too high for my preference, since the mic will only go down to level and, as mentioned, is not flexible. Don't like that at all. The headset is fairly comfortable, but rather bulky. They are a little on the heavy side (12.8 oz.) but not too heavy. Battery life seems pretty solid and you shouldn't have any issues during marathon gaming sessions. In Bluetooth mode they work well. These have pretty solid bass output and overall sound quality is pretty balanced. The volume level seems a bit low in Bluetooth mode, however. Watching videos on Android showed no latency issues, but I can't speak for Apple devices. So overall, not a bad headset, but there are better options in this price range. The lack of any ability to adjust chat volume is a sore spot. There is a secondary dial to the volume dial that can be assigned to options like mic monitoring and super human hearing, but not chat level. That's a big oversight by Turtle Beach.

Honestly not worth the price when Arctis have much better. The sound quality is superb and the cooling gel is a good touch but everything with this headset is half baked and the mic build quality is so cheaply made you can easily snap it off muting or unmuting it. They don't even tell you how to setup the audio settings on your ps4. LITERALLY THERE'S NOTHING. So how do you know if it's transcoding everything the right way? Turtle beach got really lazy with this one.
