Getting some Bluetooth inference. Firmware update did not resolve issue. My other headphones do not have this issue. Cons: Overpriced and don't meet expectations, phone app is akward, must use phone app to configure, button layout is also awkward, a bit uncomfortable and clunky, sound quality below average.

You can take a phone call while your playing your game and no one can hear you on the chat which is cool. The surround sound is good also not the best of the best but for the price it’s great! Doesn’t get used but maybe a couple times a week. The first one just went out and would never come back on again and wouldn’t charge. I have never had issues out of turtle beaches till this gen 2 came out honestly. The sound and everything is still great. Just hope the can do a update to fix the issues

Surround sound is very helpful for any games that you need to be aware of where people are coming from. The one and only small issue I have with this headset is if your not going to be using the Bluetooth it drains the battery way faster than it should. Make sure to turn it off, and that takes about 6 seconds to do. I find that strange as well.
