The cooling pads are really "cool" for the first 15 mins then it seems to go away, doesn't really detract from the product though. Love the voice feedback. 4 stars because the app is horrendous and constantly interrupts in the middle of the game saying "BLUETOOTH DISCONNECTED - BLUETOOTH CONNECTED". Doesn't happen every day, just an infrequent occurrence

Great mic but going back to wired headset

But when pairing it will sometime just drop out and you have to repair, and it won’t pair unless you stand near the usb transmitter for 10 seconds. Just going back to a wired headset. The wired version of this headset is a great option.

The Bluetooth compatibility puts it above the rest I can listen to music and play games. Bonus I can also answer phone calls on the game it totally surpassed all my other headphones and it controls your audio and the party audio separately.

Great headset for the PS5!

Had to download the app and a firmware update but after that, the setup was pretty easy. I used the EQ settings inside the app to adjust the sound to my liking and it's great! Love these!

However, after 3-4 months of use, I have recently had some issues with the headset, audio cuts out or you can't listen to anything in the game, the pairing with the console is lost, and now it's not charging and cant use it.

The only annoyance is that the headset "pairs" each time it is turned on when previous versions would not require that pairing mode and delay. This also would make it so that sometimes it doesn't pair to my PS4 so I would have to turn it off and on again. I've found that I need to turn on the headset before turning the PS4 on to pair correctly
