Don’t buy, The 1st gen better in Loudness and Connectivity couldn’t update unless I used the Recovery Tool they have for it, Transmitter all of sudden just turns static blue with or without my Headset being on and resetting doesn’t help

The headset sound is great but it does have issues with keeping connection to the USB transmitter. If your left side is not directly near the USB, within 5ft, it can start cutting off a lot in a party chat. But over all this headset it great and is even better paired up with the mobile app to go along with it

Really good headset. Makes a difference in gameplay. I’m heading things in the games Ive never heard before. Connects quick. Audio sounds richer and with the Superhuman hearing you hear more than ever.

Quality headset like what I’ve recieved in the past from TB. Works great on ps4 and when I upgraded to PC it was the same. Battery life is solid so I have no complaints.

Here is an example of of poor design, and how out of touch the engineers at Turtle Beach are when making "gaming" headsets. Emphasis on the word "gaming" here because when people buy a gaming headset that has a microphone, then it is highly likely that the intention is to play and chat at the same time. For some reason, in the age of multiple chat programs like Teamspeak and Discord, the brilliant minds at Turtle Beach felt it was necessary to - LOWER THE GAME VOLUME WHEN CONNECTED TO A CALL. Some say, "You are on a call, so you will want the game volume to be lowered". And, unfortunately in the case of Discord, a connection is considered a "call". Also, the brilliant minds at TB not only lower the volume for the game during a call, they also provide two separate volume controls for the game and the call (bluetooth connection). But you are adjusting the game volume at a fixed lowered state. Meaning you will not get the full volume of the game unless you stop chatting and disconnect from the "call" (Discord, in my example). Why even bother offering separate volume controls for each, but still lower the game volume? Why not let the user lower it? After all, you did provide a volume control. At $150 for these headsets, you would think that after such an outcry from the people who forked over the cash for this poorly designed and expensive headset, why hasn't Turtle Beach made a firmware to fix the issue? Why not give the people what they expected to get when they bought the headsets in the first place? This lack of follow-up from TB is just a continuation of how Turtle Beach has operated for years on end. Once they have your money, it's off to create another expensive headset that will undoubtably have either the same or other problems. Think twice before you buy any TB headsets. TB certainly isn't thinking twice about making you happy, so make yourself happy and heed the warning that TB headsets are not going to work as you expect. And TB has zero interest in fixing a widely well-known issue. PS: They are now trying to push the idea that Xbox will have Discord soon, and the issue will be fixed. I have serious doubts. And TB should not have created this feature without also creating a software switch to use it or not.

Not worth the stress. Thought i just had a bad product but I had to exchange 2 of these within 3 weeks due to some malfunctions. I don’t know if It was because I charged it over night but one day it stopped working and wouldn’t turn back on. Turtle beach troubleshooting service gets back to you in after a week of request and you can only contact them through email. But while it was working for the short period of time the sound quality was amazing and the comfort level was 5/5. Good luck to you guys looking into to buying 700’s!

Great headset, had the stealth 600 gen1 so definitely an upgrade. Only difficulty that I have is pairing with the USB. Every time you turn off your headset or unplug the USB you have to reconnect manually. The stealth 600 gen1 auto connected immediately, so im just not used to it

Sketchy connection. Struggles to even connect sometimes. Comfortable. Had issues of static and feedback in some instances as well.

The battery life is pretty good and it can mix both bluetooth and the USB dongle audio, allowing you to use Discord on the phone via Bluetooth, and playing PS4 on the TV...

So much better than the 600’s and the last model of 700. Much more comfortable with much better range and connectivity. Worth the upgrade if you are having issues with older models.

Hands down, a great headset!!!!! I have been using it to play on line and I am very impressed with the quality of it. Now I actually look forward to playing video games wearing my headset.

Great pair of headphones for gaming,music and movies it even pairs to my daughter's Nintendo switch when it is docked. You can also get the app and adjust the sound to your liking.

Have some Bluetooth pairing issues otherwise a fine headset so far. My older Play station headset had snapped at the connection point and Sony would not honor a warranty replacement when it was a known issue. Have to see how this product will hold up for wear and tear use.

This is a excellent headset! Have had nothing but turtle beachs since I started gaming and this set has made me love TB even more, use them for my pc and ps4 and could not be happier!

Amazing headset!!!! People might complain that you hear outside noises when you aren’t listening to anything but I think that’s great so you can hear when someone is calling you.

Probably the best headset I’ve ever purchased, only wish it had a wired option, but it is designed for wireless connection. Build quality is great, and sound is amazing.

I own three pairs of these. One for my Xbox one. The first gen and two Gen 2's for Xbox Series X and PS5. I love them. Playing two blu tooth at the same time is awesome.

I bought these for my son and he loves them more than the one he had. He rates them a 10, you can hear everything when gaming

Got these for my son for a Christmas gift. He loves them. He said he can tell from which direction a sound behind him is coming on his video games.

This headset works great ! I love how it has Bluetooth and can connect to my phone. Must have for any gamer that likes to play online, and listen to music at the same time.
